App crashes
Just downloaded the app for the first time and every time I try to book a service or create an account it crashes and closes.
No locations
I had been hopeful that this app would be more convenient than logging into the website every time, but unfortunately the app doesn’t find any locations no matter what I search for. I have tried turning on location services for the app and I know there is a location within a few miles, but it still doesn’t find any locations and therefore the app can’t be used to schedule anything. What a bummer!

Great for scheduling, but app has one little downside
Love going to Pigtails & Crewcuts and I love the ease of scheduling cuts through the app. The app had never let me add individual kids to my account though. The drop down for date of birth doesn’t work, at least on my iPhone, so it looks like my kids were just born today. I just schedule like I’m the one getting a kids cut and let the person at the front know which kid is really there for a cut that day.

Easy app to use
This helped me when I needed to schedule all my kids at the same time. Super easy to select date and my stylist.

Garbage
The app is clunky and not very user friendly. Adding children to the account and cannot enter proper birthdate. The app auto defaults to current date and does not allow for modification.
Tried to make an appointment for current day only to be told by the actual facility that they were booked for the day. The app did not tell me that. Looking to take my child elsewhere and delete this app.

No location
Their location feature doesn’t work to book an appointment. I even typed in the exact address for their location and it didn’t even show up.
Does not show location’s
This app unfortunately isn’t showing any of the stores that are nearby so I am unable to book an appointment & I'm unable to book one online also.
Not Up to Date
This app isn’t up to date with all of the salon locations. It doesn’t recognize the location 5 minutes down the street from me, so I’m unable to use this app. ☹️ Hopefully they’ll add all the locations in the future.
Poor in showing location based store
It’s not even showing the store nearby even though I specify exact location. Waste of time.
Convenient
I don’t want to waste a lot of time booking haircut appointments each month for my family. This app is quick and I like being able to see which stylists are available. The pictures of the stylists are a nice touch.
Easy to use
Used it for the first time today and it is very user friendly. Booked our appointments for the family very quickly.
Super Easy!
This app made booking my daughter’s haircut so easy. I love that I can pick our favorite stylist who my daughter loves. Super easy to reschedule when a conflict happens.
Clean & Easy
So easy to book appointments, delete them, and rebook. Easy to add all my children. You had trouble finding locations at first, but they updated the app and now you can. It’s a great app!

This app has made it easier to book my appointments for my kids less hassle thanks!! And you can turn on your location services to select either location but you have to accept it or it won’t let you see the locations

I put in the address of a salon because I figured maybe I wasn’t in the radius the app was looking. But, it couldn’t even find a location when I put the salons address.
