Can't even make an account
I really wanted to try this app as i have the body app by her too and loved it. Unfortunately, I can't access any content or even get pass the make an account screen despite filling in all the info to make an account multiple times. I tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, using the facebook log in, and nothing worked. I would hit the create the account button after filling my information in and then the screen would flash for a split second as if it was going to load the next page but instead it just shows the same make an account page but all my info just disappears.
I thought maybe they used the same user data base since both are by her, so perhaps maybe i already had an account since i had the other app. So i tried logging in with my other account information and it didn't work either. It said the account didn't exist. So that confirms you do need to sign up still even if you have the other app.
The facebook login too just didn't work as it just told me the feature wasn't available when i tried it. So i just can't access the app period. Very disappointing, I hope this issue gets resolved. I would still like to try the app if this gets fixed. If i gain access I will update this review.

Loved this app until it stopped working
I have been a loyal Popster for years and used this app for many years happily. I am glad to pay a subscription to support Cassey’s videos. But starting this week, the app has failed to load my custom workouts. Then it failed to load any workouts at all. I logged out and uninstalled the app. I am now permanently stuck on the Create and Account screen. When I try to log in or create a new account, all the app does is reset the login page. There is no technical support or contact information and I just renewed my subscription. Very frustrated and sad that I will no longer be able to use this app.

Disappointed
I love working out to Cassey’s videos and finally took the plunge and subscribed to the app. All of the options in the app work except for the videos page. It has been this way since I downloaded the app a month ago. I’ve rebooted my phone multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. Not shocking considering they haven’t updated the app or uploaded new content in over two years. I will most likely be cancelling my service after I get through all four PIIT programs.

DON’T BUY THE EBOOKS FIRST!
Honestly, it seems like a lovely, useful app at first looks. Too bad I wasted my money on the 90 day ebook series, not knowing I would still have to unlock it all in the app! I wouldn’t have wasted my money on the ebooks if I had know I could buy the same content, but better, through the app. I’m lucky I got them on sale; I’m only out an extra $40 instead of $100.
Really, what upsets me is that I feel duped & taken advantage of—which is truly unexpected & disappointing coming from Cassie’s brand, who’s consistently peddled honesty & authenticity for so long. It’s nice how they sell it on the app as “a completely different product with so many other capabilities,” but I doubt most people will feel good about buying the same core content twice, whatever the form.

Piit star
I love piit and have been doing it around the calendar since it first came out.
I’ve come so far at first not being able to breath or finish a round without stopping for breaks or drinking water. Now I’m trained so well, I also add treadmill cardio or additional cardio daily. Because after so many years it is challenging to do piit. But not AS challenging because your body gets strong.
I do wish since i paid for 1.0-3.0 I shouldn’t atleast get those on the app.
My year is up and I don’t want to resubscribe another year, since nothing new has even come out on the app within a year. Definitely time for 5.0. But not sure if that’s in the works...
I’m not paying $100 this year just to have 4.0 since I still have 1.0-3.0 online.

Love the app, but a subscription should come with new content!
I had a hard time sticking with PIIT when it was online only. So, I love the flexibility to switch between plans and make your own workout with the app. Sometimes the app is a little glitchy but I usually just need to restart it and all my custom workouts will repopulate. Otherwise, I love all of the workout features. The reason for 4 stars instead of two are these: 1. My biggest beef is that if you are going to charge me an ongoing subscription, I feel like there should be new content more frequently. And I don’t mean asking for an entirely new PIIT 5.0 plan. I mean like adding a new move to the custom workout builder or adding in a single workout every couple of months or something like that. Maybe some Pilates only workouts?? New stuff more frequently would keep me here forever!! 2. I think the timer should give you the option of how many rounds you want to do like the older timer on the Blogilates app. Sometimes I only have time for 3, some day I hope to do 5 rounds. :) It would be nice to have that option as nice to get credit for your efforts on the calendar if you do less than 4 rounds.

Got this for convenience but honestly...
I got this app hoping it would make my workout planning more convenient but honestly it hasn't been very convenient at least for me. Just with the way I prefer working out I would need a much larger screen in order to better see what I should be doing. I think an easy way to fix this is have this version compatible with iPad/tablets or possibly even have a casting option for Chromecast or TV. Another thing would be to have the app make a grocery list for the week so you'll know exactly what you need to get. It's pretty tedious to make my own meal plan and then I also have to go back and manually count to see how much I need of each ingredient. Overall I'm somewhat underwhelmed by this app. Pros would be the timer but that's about it for me. It is an improvement from her old app however!

So Convenient!!
I love being able to take my workouts on the go and the timer. Before I bought PIIT 28 on the website and if I was traveling, I would have to access the site through my phone but the videos would load so slow.
For everyone saying they already bought PIIT28 and it should be free on the app, IT’S A DIFFERENT FORMAT!!! YOU DIDN’T PAY FOR AN APP WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT THE FIRST TIME. If you bought a physical copy of Harry Potter and J. K. Rowling decided to release audiobooks, would you be calling her greedy and selfish? If you bought an audiobook CD and then wanted it on a device, would you also expect physical versions to be free? No. She is so generous, makes FREE videos and calendars for you, and ya’ll are still wanting more. Not everything in life is free.

Great Workout!
I always get a great work out no matter what routine I do. I like that your completed workouts stay tracked on your PIIT calendar. A few things to improve: Sometimes the “Complete Workout” button doesn’t show up, which means I’ll finish a workout, and it doesn’t get tracked on the calendar. Also, when I’m making my own workout, I wish I could put the same move in twice so I can do the same move for my left and right side in one round. I also wish that the moves from the Blogilates super heroine workouts were options. Those are some of my favorite workouts!!! Finally, I wish I could choose how many rounds and how many intervals. For example, doing 3 sets of 10 exercises would be nice. Thanks so much for this awesome workout app!!! PIIT is so quick and effective. I love it!

Not fair
This app is so unfair. Without paying, it literally makes your phone a paper weight. You can’t look at certain recipes.....RECIPES without having to pay a quite a bit of money (that you could easily look up by the way) that a lot of people cannot afford. I spent 45 minutes making a custom workout and when I tried to actually do the workout it said that I had to pay. That’s 45 minutes wasted. I could’ve been meal prepping, stretching or doing a workout that apparently is not free. I really loved your channel and I truly thought that you thought that becoming healthy and starting a new chapter in your life shouldn’t cost anything, all it should cost is hard work and perseverance but I guess not.

A beautifully designed app
I was kinda sad when I realized you had to pay for a subscription because I’ve already paid for the ebooks and old timer which didn’t work well for me and I hardly used, but when I actually got the app and used some of the free features (which I greatly appreciate being able to test it out) this app is sooo much better and easier to use and navigate then the old timer!! I do wish there was some way that I didn’t have to pay for pitt 1.0 since I already bought it, but I understand since Cassie has added so much more content to this app. Sadly I don’t think I can afford a subscription, but it’s a beautiful app all the same.

Really excited about this innovative app!
I’m so excited about this app! It’s super fast and there are features that make the app fun to use but also a one stop shop for wellness—tons of healthy recipes, a calendar to schedule workouts and meals, and a way to create your own workout, which is really nice if you have any injuries (I have a knee condition) but also in case you’d like to change things up. I can tell that the user experience was kept in mind in the development process!

I LOVE THE APP
I’ve been watching blogilates for years, and I was so excited to see this app come out! Her workouts don’t take an hour, and you can do them on even a super tight schedule like I mostly have. I also love that a lot of the meals are vegan, since finding vegan or even vegetarian food through healthy meal plans is extremely hard. I also love that everything is in one, easy to use app! I’m so excited to continue to use this app with its many amazing features :)!

Exactly What I Needed!
I haven’t done PIIT in a while because it was hard for me to remember what all the workouts were, even after programming them into the Blogilates workout timer. I usually would have to have my computer or phone open to the videos when I worked out, and that got old really fast. I never finished PIIT 2.0. But the GIFs are exactly what I needed! This new app makes it so easy. I don’t mind paying the monthly fee because there is new content—the GIFs and a few other things; plus I have access to the vegan reset and 3.0 now too. Seriously super pleased! Already going strong starting 1.0 again! Thanks Cassey and team!

Amazing!
This app is just great. It’s a phenomenal addition to the current PIIT program that makes it even easier for me to stay on track and motivated. Plus, Cassey never leaves you in the dark with gifs explaining and demonstrating the moves. This app has everything, from meal plans, to workout schedules, to calendars, and even a workout timer (with music 😍😍)! You can even create your own custom workouts and meal plans! All in all, this app is great and everyone should definitely give it a try.

I can’t believe that I like this app
To be honest, when I first heard about this app I was very angry. How dare Cassey make me pay for this when I already bought it. PIIT 28 1.0 wasn’t cheap when I bought as an ebook but I thought it would be a good investment, I barely used it. I even bought the workout timer on Casey’s old app and hated that too.
Then I decided, what the heck, I have the money to afford one month and if I hate then I’ll cancel my subscription. I just did my first workout and the app is great. I used it to make food and I no longer have to trudge my laptop around the kitchen so I can see my recipes or go crazy flipping through pages on my phone to find them. I wear glasses and having Cassey tell me which move was next or tell me when to switch during get flexy was so great. I was able to take off my glasses and just focus on the moves. I can honestly say that I’m glad that I bought it and it’s only day one! Too bad my poor mat can’t say the same 😂. Gonna need to stop buying cheap ones

Love the “choose your own” option!!
Guys, when Cassey says this is the “one fitness app every girl needs” she is NOT JOKING! she’s providing so many amazing things for free (outside of even the monthly subscription). So you don’t have to pay an initiation fee or anything before you even get to try out the app. Plus I absolutely adore the idea of the create your own workout or meal plan. I know that with previous injuries that I had in HS Sports I have to avoid certain things, or some dietary restrictions that I have so this app is perfect. You’re awesome cassey. Keep it up!

Missing the old school calendar
This app is probably great if you only care about doing Cassey’s PIIT programs. It looks pretty and seems user-friendly. I got the app with the hopes that the calendar wouldn’t just have PIIT routines but would list Cassey’s daily Blogilates routines—no such luck. With her original Blogilates app no longer working, this is pretty disappointing for me. I understand their issues with their past developer so I won’t go on and on about it but Cassey seems to really appreciate constructive criticism/feedback, so there’s mine :) Congratulations on the new app, and I hope it’s working well for other POPsters!

I’m Excited!
I’ve been following this project for a while so you can imagine my excitement when I found out about the release! I love how easily accessible the features are on the app and how smoothly the app runs. LOVE the easy to use workout feature that allows you to play music! I’m excited to try the meal plans out as well. But I’m really happy with how customizable this app is. Truly unlike any other fitness app. My only critique is loading takes a while and often stalls my phone. Other than that, I’m blown away by this app and I’m beyond excited to try everything out!

Looks great but can’t access
UPDATE: If anyone has been having trouble gaining access to content after purchasing a sub on the new piit pocket app, they need to contact Apple for a refund, make a new account, and purchase a sub on the new account. I wish someone from Piit28 had responded to my email or comments asking for help instead of leaving me to figure it out on my own. Updating to 4 stars with a star lost for poor customer service.
PAST REVIEW: I purchased the monthly subscription but the app still registers me as a free account so I’m unable to access workouts or meal plans. I’ve attempted to restore purchases, delete and redownload the app, sign in and out but nothing has worked. Super frustrating that there isn’t a contact for support considering the cost of a subscription. Hopefully in the future the bugs will get fixed but until then this app is a dud for me.
