When it works. It’s the Best
I am experiencing some problems that i didnt have, the first time i used this app. None of my prompts are producing decent videos. Ive heard a lot about how the app can be temperamental. So i know what that means now. Im hopeful it will return to normal soon.

I honestly regret paying for Pika AI. The video quality is nowhere near what they advertise and it’s painfully obvious that everything is AI generated. I had it turn a guy’s hand into a woman’s hand with a full manicure and then made a woman’s hand look like a hairy man’s hand. Stuff like that completely ruins the videos.
On top of that, the app is ridiculously restrictive. Almost every normal prompt I try gets rejected with some vague error or excuse even though there’s nothing wrong with it. It feels like you spend more time fighting the filters than actually creating anything.
For the price, this app is not worth it. I’d rather pay a little more for an AI video generator that actually produces quality results and lets me create what I want. I definitely would not recommend Pika AI.

Helpdesk is horrible, nothing but error messages
I am brand new to this community. I have been trying for two days to upload photos and a verbal prompt to create a 10 second AI video, and keep getting the same error every time: “Please Try Again. Due to high server load, the service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later some time.“ I have tried over and over dozens of times to change out the images, try different verbal prompts, try different AI models, even tried different voices. Every time it’s just one big failure after the next. I’m even doing it over high-speed home Internet. I’ve tried it on three different devices. Every time I write customer support, they tell me to “change the image” and I send them screenshots of proof and tell them that I’ve done it dozens of times and it makes no difference. They refuse to help me in any meaningful way or fix it. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to leave, but it looks like I have no choice. I’ll have to ask Apple for a refund for my year subscription since they don’t seem to be willing to offer it.

What’s going on?
At first, I was loving it but now, all prompts are translated to English. You just can’t get a video with the desired language and customer service is 👎. Been sending emails to verify this situation with no response.
What’s with the updates every other day?

Horrible app
Paid for the weekly membership just to do 1 AI video. I asked for it to turn a picture of a mid 20s year old male to hold a sandwich and toss it up in the air. It wouldn’t generate it due to “sexual content”. Now I just paid for an app that won’t generate a simple - not inappropriate - task. I’d like a refund.

Liar! Don’t buy!
I purchased 1 year membership. They works fine at first. Each time I updated. They gave less video limit! Now after third update,I lost access to my membership. It’s one year membership! I am so upset!
