Problem
The tool allows you to create very good videos, this is its main strong point. That’s why I don’t put a single star.
On the other hand, I just subscribed to an annual subscription and, for two days, the service has been practically unusable. After only 7 or 8 videos generated, I systematically get the message: « Saturated server, please try again later. ”
I specify that I am not talking about the generation limits provided for by the subscription. I know that some models have a maximum number of videos, but I am very far from reaching these limits. In theory, I should be able to generate several dozen videos a day.
The real problem is that the server remains « saturated » for hours, sometimes all day. It is not a wait of a few minutes: the service becomes completely unusable until the next day.
I would like to know if this operation is normal for paid subscribers. If this is a temporary problem, I hope it will be fixed quickly, because the potential of the tool is excellent. As it stands, it is difficult to justify the price of an annual subscription.

Terrible so far
DONT DOWNLOAD, TERRIBLE
On top of that, the app is ridiculously restrictive. Almost every normal prompt I try gets rejected with some vague error or excuse even though there’s nothing wrong with it. It feels like you spend more time fighting the filters than actually creating anything.
For the price, this app is not worth it. I’d rather pay a little more for an AI video generator that actually produces quality results and lets me create what I want. I definitely would not recommend Pika AI.

From the screenshots you shared, it doesn’t look like this is only a server-load issue. If the images you’re uploading contain intellectual property (such as copyrighted characters, logos, or other protected content), the moderation system may reject the request, even if the error message isn’t very clear. It would be helpful if support explained the actual reason instead of giving a generic “high server load” message. If possible, try testing with a completely original photo that doesn’t contain any protected or recognizable IP. If that works, then the issue is likely related to the uploaded image rather than the servers.
