I purchased pika labs about 6 months ago it worked great. now whenever I try to create a video I get a servers are busy message l. This happens whenever and the time of day does not matter . It refuses to make the video. Reinstalling allowed me to make one video then I received the same message again.

This app is totally scrap and not moderated correctly and I don’t suggest this app and I want my money back
Honestly not worth it.
It sounded promising, the price seemed great. But after everything was said and done, the quality just wasn’t that great and I was disappointed mainly because I couldn’t use it due to a “High Server Load”. Honestly, being able to use it is a little more important than it being affordable. And honestly, I feel cheated, mainly due to the fact that you either have an option of paying $10 a week or $30 a year to use, and it seems like a no brainer, but you can’t even test it out before purchasing. It almost seemed intentional. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. This app is not worth it.

I have the app and I have been trying to cancel my brand new subscription there’s no way to Cancel.
This app makes 1/5 images or videos that are useable I am trying to Cancel this and there is no way through the App i signed up on. Good luck going through Google either.

Unlimited Images my A**
I get “credited” wait too often when servers are busy to produce ‘unlimited’ photos. I purchased the year subscription. I’m constantly having to generate and create photos four and five times before it actually completes. Very frustrating.
Crash is the word
That seemed like a really good app to animate things, but it keeps crashing and at times it won’t even open .I cannot Recommend

I am experiencing some problems that i didnt have, the first time i used this app. My videos are being taken away from me, before i can save them. The video will literally finish its processing, and ill click ‘play’ and the message appears ‘please save your videos as soon as they are finished processing, they will be deleted after some time’ <—some time? 2 seconds later? Ive heard a lot about how the app can be temperamental, So i know what that means now. Im hopeful it will return to normal soon.
