I HATE that I am forced to use this app.

If I could give this zero stars I would.

It doesn’t connect with the iPhone’s password bank, so I can’t autofill it.

I can’t use biometrics either, so I have to type the password.

Opt for “Save Password? Doesn’t matter. You still get to type it every time.

Leave the app for 3 seconds? You’re logged out! Type it all over again.

This is the most unprofessional, half baked slop ever.

keeps signing me out even after i click keep me signed in :(((

Awful & Out of Date

This app hasn’t been updated in years. It’s clunky, slow and super buggy. Signs me out every time I close the app now even though I check to stay logged in. Unfortunately stuck with it since my studio uses this software - do not use if you have the option.

No notifications????

This app has NO notifs AT ALL
There is NO option for it to send you notifications
My work uses this app and its been quite frustrating
Got a new shift? The app won’t tell you, its YOUR job to open the app which logs you out every week to check whether or not your shift starts half an hour early.
Seems like a really obvious quality of life thing they can add.

Awful app

so many glitches, doesn’t work half the time

This app has always sucked...

But this is a new low. After the latest update, when signing in clients, the search bar has been enlarged so when I type Ina clients name, they are covered up BY the search bar area. Fix this now, I can't sign in my clients.

Frustrating app

Constantly freezes and just plain slow. It’s nice to have my schedule conveniently there for me, but that’s about it as far anything positive. It signs me out way too frequently even though I check the box to keep me signed in. I wish I didn’t have to use it for work. Would’ve deleted it a long time ago.

Laggy garbage

Fix your app, it’s trash

Can’t wait for my job to switch to a different app.

Absolute buggy dumpster fire. These guys need to fire their entire IT department and start from scratch. Would never use this app if my job didn’t require it.

Very buggy and dysfunctional

An app like this should be fairly straightforward- allow employees to easily access info and allow employers to easily update this info. 50% of the time I open this app it gets stuck on a blank white screen and I have to close it out completely and restart it. The app is very slow when attempting to view the schedule or any other info. Other minor bugs and glitches are persistent- as if the owners haven’t updated it or even paid attention to their own app in a long time. How hard can it be to make this thing work correctly? A high school student could probably code this app better.

Frustration

This app, on my iPhone 13, often locks up when trying to return to from another app, e.g. my eMail. All other apps work/function without issue but Pike 13 Staff locks up with a plain white screen. The only remedy is to reboot my smart phone. I’ve heard the same complaints from my colleagues who use Android phones.

Also, when I look ahead to future days to view my upcoming schedule, I cannot simply jump back to the current date to view only my schedule, instead I get all the other staff’s schedule.

Both of the afore stated glitches are time consuming and frustrating.

I understand the growing pains of app development but these glitches have been around for over a year now.

new update is garbage

basically made the app unusable. constant freezing and white screens :/

Updated version doesn’t work

It freezes every 2-3 days and I have to delete the app and reinstall it.

After the recent update it doesn’t work

It continues to glitch and goes to a blank screen constantly.

Terrible customer service

We started using this app two years ago, and it was great. However, since they have done the most recent update, it is made the app obsolete for anyone that has a new software update on their iphone. Worst of all it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone at Pile13 and they deny there is any issues. Overall stay far away from this app!

This is a finished business app?!

Disappointing is being nice. When the login page... the first part of the app has bugs... not a good sign. Then it goes down hill from there.

Doesn’t work since last Pike 13 system update

Pike 13 has been a mess on my desktop for several months. Their backend updates have wreaked havoc on the browser desktop version. Needless to say, the last major update left the mobile app completely useless. On my phone I cannot see the full schedule in horizontal view which makes the app nearly useless. It’s only viewable in list View not calendar view. On our iPad it literally doesn’t even work. It’s running iOS 10.3 and is older, but the app says iOS 9.0 and above. I work for School of Rock West LA. We have depended on Pike 13 for 8 years for all of our billing and scheduling. Over the summer our frustrations have mounted to the point that I want to smash my devices in rage. PIKE 13 GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

App Broken

I was just getting used to using this app for my work when I clicked a link to a document in Notes. I got “Forbidden Link 404” and now the App will not load, even when refreshed and window closed, I have a blank screen and a spinning wheel :/ there goes that idea.
