Used to be a big fan, not anymore.
I’ve loved using Piki but lately they get so many orders wrong and have no solution but to tell the driver to figure it out himself. Now I’m scared to use the app. Be cautious of ordering something you really need cause it may not show up.
Worst App Ever
I have been to over 20 countries including Asia, Europe, Africa but this is the worst delivery app I have ever seen. Neither it shows the accurate status of the delivery nor the app works properly.

Delivery took 5 hours and the items was missing something of them and the Customer support no responding till now
Waste of time
Poor delivery service. Also the status of the order mentioned is also not correct. Even if the rider has not reached, they inform you that rider is at the restaurant and food is not ready. Many of the times food is delivered cold because of delay from rider. Try to order directly from restaurant instead.

Excellent app very useful I know it is slow to grow I hope soon more merchants will be added like shopper plaza jambo Bahari duka la pombe and include mbweni and bunju to area for delivery But overall I am very satisfied with service

This app needs an update. Will not function properly. Freezing in selection. It’s quicker to shut the app down and relaunch then to go back. You people make enough money so there should not be an excuse as to why you don’t have a team constantly keeping the app functioning

Lousy Riders
Everytime the riders lie that their bikes are breaking down! Pathetic service!!!
Too many notifications
The service is really good, but when you send people 3 notifications per day that are just ads and trying to entice them to order again and again it just becomes too much!!! Reduce your advertisement you have no competition in Tanzania so don’t ruin the experience for your users
Cold food, Almost always Late
Need I say more? Even in Mikocheni, your order will probably take 2-3 hours.

Bummer of a deal. I ended up calling the business and they said that the piki rep was not there and didnt give them the order until an hour late. Ive tried this app, and i wanted it to work, but it doesnt have the infrasructure to run well yet. I’ll remove it and try in another fer years.
Slow and terrible customer service
This app is absolutely Not worth it. The drivers will not find you, they will take 1 hour + for the delivery and they will still charge you. Absolutely ridiculous, zero customer service. Just order directly from the restaurants and skip this terrible app!
Maybe Bribe the Government…
Maybe Piki should bribe the government into using some that money to make and pave the streets in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. If you live in a well known area you’ll probably have no problem getting food delivered. But if you live anywhere else you will get several phone calls asking you for directions and your food will be ice cold when you finally get it. After waiting 3 hours I called the restaurant and canceled my order. I’ve learned my lesson. Do better or don’t deliver to certain areas.

Not worth it if you live in Arusha- Very bad service
I have given this app many of chances. But every time something goes wrong. It is a huge waste of money and time. You are much better off finding the restaurant’s number and ordering directly.

Needs better GPS capabilities
Dar barely has street names, with many MANY roads called “unnamed road” why not find a way to integrate WhatsApp’s location pin into the app? It’s so frustrating always trying to explain where you’re located when your house is “unnamed road” in a place that doesn’t have street names. Surely something more efficient can be done.
