I’ve been going to Alana’s West Hollywood studio for years and thank god she finally made an app. Easy interface for a quick sweat if I’m in a pinch or tough long-form classes that will challenge you. She is constantly uploading new content!!

Obsessed is an understatement. I’ve been waiting for Alana’s classes for years, her studio is small but now I can access all her famous techniques at home. Easy to follow and a great burn. Also can we talk about the sculpt engine?! Finally something different in a workout app.
