Discounted annual, quarterly, and monthly plans are not eligible and will be charged immediately upon activation. To cancel your subscription on iPhone, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select the subscription → Cancel Subscription. Once auto-renewal is canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. For refunds, please contact the App Store, as they handle all payments and refunds. J’ai téléchargé l’application car elle est présentée comme gratuite. Cependant, arrivé au 4ᵉ jour, l’application me demande de payer pour continuer. Je ne peux donc plus poursuivre ma progression alors que je pensais pouvoir utiliser le programme gratuitement.
Pouvez-vous m’expliquer pourquoi et s’il existe une solution pour continuer sans abonnement ?
