Efficace mais payante

L’application en elle même est superbe. On a accès à presque tous dès l’installation.
Seulement comme rien n’est éternellement gratuit… au 4eme jours impossible de continuer sa série sans payer… quelle déception… a quand le développeur qui nous fera ça gratuitement ou pas chère car payer 30€ par mois comme sur cette application c’est non.

On restera donc sur ce qu’il y a à dispo gratuitement et c’est dommage

Had the app, then deleted it. Still taking money out of my bank account but my subscription ended in May.

Pilates are a lot harder than I thought lol!!

I’ve never done Pilates and many other women have told me that they were “only for skinny girls” so it made me stay away from them until I really started looking at so many other plus size women doing Pilates and feeling so much more confident in themselves. So I decided to give it a try and oh my god!! Even though there is no equipment it really makes you work up a sweat!! 😁😅 I love it and I can’t wait to do more!!!💪💪

Don’t waste your money

Seriously, I took the quiz, and the workout is nothing like the advertisement led me to believe. I was led to believe the workouts were short and could be done easily more than once a day if I chose to do so. The first installment was three times as long with little to no guidance. Watching how it was done while trying to actually do the exercise was impossible. And now, I cannot find where to cancel this subscription, in spite of being told it was easy to locate. What a rip off.
