Real Pilates
I have been taking Pilates for some years now. When I met Erica it was a game changer. She teaches the how and why which only improved my mind body connection.. improving my practice as well. We are real women either real bodies that need movement. There is no intermediation… she meets you where you are and the excitement begins! I’m turning 61 and I’m continuing my growth with her App and Private Sessions. So thankful she shares her gift of instructing!
