Problem

It keeps deleting my photos that are saved of counts with no warnings. I’ve used this app for over a year and this hasn’t been a problem until recently. I’ve sent emails to support with no response. Please why is this happening

Pill Counter

This app is not only free, but it’s excellent and precise just keep pills or capsules within the photo circle and it will give you an accurate count. Make sure only that the pills are not riding on each other. And make sure the cap of the pills or anything else is not within the photo because it’s counting the objects in the photo. I checked it out in various ways. I love it and so will you !!!

This app was a Genius idea. notes would be tho 🔥

EDIT- ( LOVE THE NEW UPDATE- that adds when the photo was taken, small bug where the photo is always zoomed in after taking and you have to drag around t i count, i see what you were going for though.) It counts your pills only, as far as im aware. I keep looking for other options but cant find any. THAT BEING SAID. IT IS. absolutely amazing. Such a great idea! I count wrong 3 times in a row -so i needed this. i just check that every pill has a green dot-&no extra green dots anywhere-and tada. BUT- i hope someday we could also kind of manage meds in the app too. attaching notes to the photo. that say..heres many examples for MY needs/reasoning- “ this many left, on this day, at this time, i took 1 already before photo, or took 1 after photo”
“ 5 left of this BRAND, ( photo attached) but 4 left of the other brand- so i really have 9 altogether.”
" this is a photo of the ones in my travel bag ONLY “
even just being able to write somewhere what the medication in the photo would be useful…
maybe an x (or doodle) you can place- to cross one out when u take it-after the photo- so you don’t need to do a whole dump count again.
Bet this thing could count a bunch of other stuff too though! Nuts, bolts, beads, marbles etc
Ppl could use it for a lot with a notes ability!

Idk i have serious issues with my meds-remembering to take them, remembering if i already took them, wandering if i took one with me somewhere and lost it. Wandering if i took more then i was meant to.. im sure others do also. if we could keep some track of it all right here, instead of 5 apps, cuz this is the only one i find the most useful of all my med managing apps, and regularly NEED/want to use. Anyways. This idea was genius yet simple!? THANKS! ITS GREAT!

I’m not really sure why the average Joe would want this.

I’ve never needed to count pills. I leave that up to the pharmacist.

Do not trust this app

Wildly inaccurate. I take back all the wonderful things I said before. This app is crazy inaccurate and before you freak out on some unsuspecting, CVS employee, you’ll be better off just doing a search in the App Store for “pill counter.” There are better ones out there.
