Hi, and thank you for writing this. I'm genuinely sorry about your experience, and we take accuracy in medication identification very seriously. I'd really like to understand what went wrong. If you're open to it, please email us at support@aipillid.com with the imprint codes or photos of the pills you scanned. That detail lets us pinpoint the problem and improve the model directly, and we review every report like this personally. We're actively working to make identification more accurate and to be clearer about how confident each result is. Feedback like yours is exactly what helps us get there. Thank you for flagging it.

Thank you for using Pill Identifier and for reaching out! We're so glad it's been helpful. Our app can identify medications and check whether they interact with each other, plus keep you on schedule with reminders. What it doesn't do is judge which medication is stronger or works better for pain that's a decision for your doctor or pharmacist, since it depends on your individual history. For pain relief options or pump medications, your physician, a pain specialist, or pharmacist is the best resource. Wishing you comfort and relief.
Inaccurate!

Thank you for reporting this, and we’re sorry for the incorrect identification. Our pill recognition system is continuously improving to better identify medications from photos, especially when pills have very similar appearances. For the best results, please also scan the pill imprint code and verify with the original packaging or a licensed pharmacist before taking any medication. If possible, please contact us through the app with the pill photo and imprint details so we can investigate and improve future accuracy.
