I want a refund please. Unable to identify very common medications. Very slow load time and inaccurate results

Don’t waste your money or time
After downloading the free app which basically didn’t work and being prompted to load the add free app (this app) and paying $3.99, still does not work. I went on line and used Web MD pill identifier which was very easy, worked perfectly and is free.
