A great app - till the supplier updated it and threw away all my settings and history.
Why did you do that?
User friendly
Such a great user friendly APP. Does exactly what I need it to do.
Does not work!
Loaded the app and completed the process to set reminders. Nothing! Double checked my entries.Nothing! A non-functioning app to be used for medical purposes can be dangerous and should not be permitted.
Forced to enter date range
I wanted to use this app as a convenient place to store the names and dosages of my medications. I have been taking a particular medication for years, and will likely be taking it for the rest of my life. When I try to enter information on this medication, the app forces me to choose a date range, which it then displays under the name of the drug. Annoying! Even that didn't quite work right. I selected (arbitrary) starting and end dates using the date spinners, but the app would not accept the data until I brought up its calendar and clicked on each individual day. It then replaced the date range I had entered with one based on the days on which I had clicked. I don't like having an arbitrary date range displayed under the name of the drug, so I probably won't use this app.

Finally, a replacement for PillBoxie
I needed a simple daily checkoff reminder for my meds. I wish a record keeping feature would enable me to email meds and usage history to my Doctors, I'd rate this 5 star immediately. Nice app, I hope you can add the mail feature one day, thanks.

Pill Reminder
I think this app is in its infancy. It could include a reminder to call in prescription refills. It could also show when a dosage has been taken for the day with a check mark, so that you don't take it twice. But right now it does not do very much at all. I am sorry that I paid even a small amount of money for it.

I expect more from a paid app
This is not a new app and I'm concerned that the app hasn't been updated with features one (at least *this* one) would come to expect from a pill reminder app:
- Cannot handle medications taken "as needed"
- Cannot handle medications taken "Every nn hours"
- Cannot snooze reminders
In addition, if you take your medication early the corresponding reminder is not canceled; selecting a duration is tedious (you have to tap each day in a calendar); and there is a delay (spinner) when opening the app and sometimes when switching views.
I don't mind paying for an app, but there are free apps that work better and have more features.

Can't change dates so it's useless.

Update to my original review follows; A brilliant App just got even better thanks to an update... I contacted the developers of this App to suggest that it would be good to be able to choose my own sound as the alarm for when to take my medication and received a reply saying that an update was being prepared that would add that option, and as promised the option to choose my own alarm sound has just been added via an update.... As a 25 year old who has just been put on medication that I must take for the rest of my life I really wanted to find a App for my iDevices that would help ensure my medication was taken everyday at the same time. And then I came across the brilliant, easy to use and practically perfect App that fulfills my exact requirements... Being able to set my own sound as the reminder alert would be really appreciated. Thank you to the developer for bringing it to us through the App Store, I for one am really gratefull! 🇬🇧😃👍👍👍👍👍➕

Works as advertised
Easy to use. Only complaint is the lag when opening app and when turning meds on or off. Thought it was frozen first time.

Do not waste your money you can so exactly the same thing with your IPhone alarm app. How dare these people charge a $1 for this crap.
