Report is Unusable
If any form of report is important, then do not choose this Pill Reminder. I’ve been using it for many years and they’ve never fixed it.
If you need to change your reminder, all data is wiped. I’m not sure who would ever think that dosage schedules never change.

Lifesaver
If you are like me and can’t remember taking your medication, this is the best way to insure you don’t miss your medication or take more than you should! It does everything to make sure you are set! Absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs help!

I use the app as a reminder and tracker. However if I try and adjust the time (as when I travel) it erases the history.

Great Med Tracker
I use this app to track medication for my Australian Shepherd. She’s 14 years old and going strong. Remembering seizure Medication every 8 hours was a challenge. I have medication coming from 3 sources. This app helps me stay on top of when the next shipment is due. Thanks!
Life Saver
I’m at a stage in life where I don’t remember whether or when I took my medication last and what time I should be taking the next dose. This app solves the guesswork and the app keeps track and reminds me when the next dose is due. The only thing I would change is when I need to change the scheduled time of a medication, all previous information of taking the medication is deleted

First app to reliably get me to take meds
Paid $3 for paid version. Worth that much at least. Can set it to remind you up to 5 times, each with loud noise (you set type and volume). Very effective. Also appreciate reminders for when to refill meds.
Change of time zone
Example, changed time zone that is 6 hours ahead, original reminder set to 7:30 AM and the app sets it to 1:30 PM. Is it possible to stay on the same schedule despite changing time zone?

“Free” version is 100% useless
You can only add 2 reminders for medication in “free” at which you are notified you have to pay 1.99 to add more/unlimited. This was a waste of time - 9/10 if you only have 2 meds to take you likely done need a reminder. I have 10 pills , an ointment & an injection to take - what use it 2 reminders for only- none. I like that they had the names and dosage in the app but it’s useless if you can’t even set reminders

I love this app! It is minimalist, great graphics and does the job of recording all meds seamlessly.
My only feedback is that the back up to iCloud is manual, and does not restore the current version on a different device.

That senior moment
As I age I find it harder to remember my medications, especially as I get more and more added. Have not missed a medication since I started using this app.
I appreciate the fact that the full version is not expensive.

Great app!
Tried this out after medisafe forced a subscription. As they say things happen for a reason and I am glad it did. Great app and it actually works, reminders, medication info, etc. Keep up the great work!
Brilliant pill app
I have been using Apple Health app as my medicine reminder but decided l wanted a stand alone medication app. Pill reminder is the best one l have found. I like that no data is shared, also the layout is nice and clear and best of all a great lifetime price. This app is well worth five stars. Well done to the developer.
I note that another reviewer mentioned about sync between iPhones. I agree it would be a helpful addition to this great app.
