I like the app very much it does what I need well. However it could be improved by including activity. I know the app can be linked to the apple health app but I am unsure about doing this.
Misses reminders
I take different medications 5 times a day and this one says it alerts when you set the reminder. Today it has missed 3 reminders and I was not on my phone and it did not alert my watch either. I cannot remember to take my meds and this app doesn’t remind me every time. Oh well time to look for an app that alerts my watch and my phone.

Fish Oil not there ?
Fish oil pills for triglycerides not there and had to be custom if you want it. Really ? Basic stuff and vitamins and supplements missing ?
Reminders?
The whole point of this app is to receive reminders but reminders don’t arrive for several days at a time.
Perfect for every other day meds
I tried to keep track of my medication intake with calendar invites and that was not sustainable and I missed a couple days. Finding this app has been a game changer! I’m able to set the frequency of when I take it, I’m able to set a time and a reminder notification (so I don’t keep forgetting), and I’m able to track my medication inventory so I know when to call the pharmacist for a refill. Another cool feature is being able to export my monthly data so I can see other OTC meds I’ve taken in the month and help track that data for my doctors.

Can’t edit anything
All was well until latest update
Now I cannot change the schedule if my medication I just get taken back to Home Screen. If I delete app I lose 2 years of data
Med schedule changes shuts down app
Can no longer edit dose times via Treatment > Medication schedule. Any attempt to change the time shuts down the app.
Pretty good, better on Android.
I used to use this app on my Android phone and it worked fantastically. I’ve recently switched to an IPhone with IOS 26 and I’m finding the app not so good. My reminders only work sometimes (Critical Reminders are turned on for this app) and I also find the medication tracking makes mistakes and doesn’t tally up. I’ve been using this app for years and don’t want to use anything else, but I hope these issues get fixed in future updates.
2026 update: This app has become full of bugs, notifications are unreliable, does not correctly track medication inventory, crashes if you try and update medication. Unreliable and unusable, such a shame after I’ve been using this app for years! I’m now looking for an alternative solution.

My bipolar disorder
Very helpful to remind me to take my medication to treat my bipolar disorder
Frustrating.
Why does this app keep nuking my current medications? It changes them so when I go to add a dose after an update, that medicine is nowhere to be found. I’m young and in IT, I know my way around an app but this is frustrating.
Excellent app for measurements
Love this app. I use it everyday as a reminder to take my pills and also set a reminder for blood pressure measurements twice a week.
I have my phone always set on silent, but you can set this to override for your reminders and then I get a notification on my watch when it’s time to take anything.

good could be better
good app but notifications are inconsistent, some days you get it and some days you don’t.
Best app for medication
Was previously using apple, but it lacked the depth I was looking for. This is a perfect way for me to monitor my progress and see if my medication is working for me. It also makes titration easier as when I have an appointment I add all the things I want to mention in the notes section
Best pill reminder app
Easy interface, very user friendly, and reminders are always on time and reliable.
I can’t think of a better app to use, to be honest. It’s never been so easy to keep track of my medication, weight, and blood pressure. I appreciate that there are even more options than that to track.
Most apps lately are just so convoluted with unnecessary details and in your face features, this is such a nice breath of fresh air.
Only thing is it does sometimes have an incorrect record of the amount of capsules left, approx 2/3 more or less each month. I’ve never understood why - maybe because sometimes I confirm from lock screen and sometimes I confirm from the app itself? But I can easily count my medication to confirm the actual number, may be a problem for those with more medications. Otherwise all great.

Was amazing now useless
What has happened to this app?!? I’ve used it for years no issue but now it randomly won’t let me add some of my on demand meds, on demand! I can add them as new but it doesn’t take it from my total. So now I have to find get another app, I switched to you after my old app stopped working

I like this app, its free has minimal non annoying pop-up adds, and has a refill reminder thats really helpful. I also love the symptom check in.
