About

Pillgrid is a private medication routine, refill, and care-binder organizer. Build a simple routine from the instructions you already have from your prescription label, doctor, or pharmacist. Pillgrid helps you remember the morning, midday, evening, and bedtime parts of that routine, keep supply counts visible, prepare pharmacy questions, and pack for travel. WHAT'S IN THE APP - Routine board for morning, midday, evening, and bedtime check-ins - Refill planner with local supply counts and low-supply thresholds - Care Binder summary for appointments, pharmacy calls, and caregiver handoffs - Travel Pack checklist for original labels, supply checks, storage questions, and emergency contacts - Fully local storage with no account, no ads, no analytics, and no network dependency - Universal iPhone and iPad support PREMIUM IDEA Pillgrid is built around the Care Binder and Refill Planner. It gives households one clean place to keep routine notes, label instructions, pharmacy details, and travel preparation without mixing them into calendars or notes apps. SAFETY Pillgrid does not calculate, recommend, prescribe, or adjust medication amounts. Users enter their own medication names, label instructions, schedule slots, and refill counts. Always follow the medication label and guidance from a doctor or pharmacist. PRIVACY Everything stays on this device. Delete the app, delete the data.

What's New in Pillgrid

1.2

July 4, 2026

Pillgrid now turns its static supply counter into a forward-looking refill planner. Each routine shows a projected reorder date and days-of-supply remaining ("At 2 slots/day, ~9 days of supply left — reorder around Sat Jun 27"), a 14-day adherence dot strip with a weekly completion percentage, and an "Adherence (last 30 days): 88%" line in the shareable Care Binder — all derived only from the counts you enter, never any dosing advice. Daily check-offs are now logged so streaks persist, while yesterday's checkmarks reset cleanly at the day boundary.
