Paid once for lifetime use. Now forced into a yearly subscription.
Forced to update the app to V5.
Interface is thrash way more complicated to enter any data that it used to be in what I think was V3.
I wish I didnt have that many hours and stuck with that electronic logbook now.

Paid for a lifetime membership and that was turned off. It’s now a subscription and all my data lost
I’ve had this absence about 2015 and I have been using it consistently but today I went to login and the app locked me out. I got the app on my computer paid for the subscription. Re-downloaded it on my phone and now all of my data is gone…. Criminal
Awful
One day it deleted all of the sections under each entry. It then replaced the backup automatically with the new one so I was unable to retrieve any of the past information. No help from the company was provided.

I already bought the app some time ago and now I should take out a subscription? That's a cheek!
Another money grab
Another app bites the dust. It was sold as “a one time purchase logbook.” Now they “are forced to charge a subscription.” I have made a ton of suggestions and most of them were fixed. I’ve been with them from the beginning but now I’m looking elsewhere for a digital logbook. So sad.
