Misses many marks
2 - cannot be a pilot and a provider when most providers are usually dual role (DPE, Pilot, Instructor or Pilot and A&P)
3 - Ai slop everywhere. Not against AI coding but this is clearly a canned AI project and it shows in the experience and random bugs.
4 - the fee/pricing is ridiculous for what you get.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We'd like to address each of your points directly, because several are based on information that isn't accurate. First, and most importantly: PilotConnect is completely free for your first 90 days, with no credit card, no charge, and no catch. This is stated throughout our advertising and inside the app itself. Because of that, points 1 and 4 simply don't hold up. There is no payment required to use the marketplace, and it's difficult to call three months of free access "ridiculous" pricing. On providers, you're right that our network is still growing. We launched one month ago, and that is exactly why access is free. Our service providers are the backbone of this app, and we'd rather build the network properly than rush it. We know a marketplace like this takes a year or more to mature, and we're committed to that work rather than pretending it happens overnight. On the dual-role point (CFI and pilot), this reflects a misunderstanding of how the app works. Every provider account automatically includes full pilot functionality. Every pilot feature is built in, and providers can still book with other providers if they choose. Choosing a role changes nothing functionally besides service offering capabilites; other than that it only affects the status label others see. Had this been raised as a suggestion, we'd have genuinely thanked you and brought it to our team as a possible enhancement, and we may still do exactly that. Finally, our platform represents seven months of intensive, full-time development, and we take pride in it. We've had minimal bugs, and every bug brought to our attention has been fixed within 24 hours. For a one-month-old app built by a small, dedicated team, this review felt harsher than the effort deserved. Our door is open if you'd ever like to give it a real look. One last note: PilotConnect was built by two US-based, actively flying pilots. It was never outsourced to an overseas development shop.
