I’ve had Pima federal for years no problems. They’ve always helped me out when needed, and I love their services.
No nonsense banking
The website is easy to use, including the mobile deposit app. The one annoying glitch is in the bill pay app. It times out after only a few minutes with little notice. It then erases all of the data and I have to start over.

App crashes repeatedly
The recent app update causes the app to repeatedly crash when logging in. I have to log in roughly 3 times just to have it stay open long enough to check my balance. I’m on an iPhone, if that helps. Thank you.

The only thing I can think of to improve is that if one has multiple accounts, the notifications you can set up for low balance, large withdrawal, etc simply say
“Low balance alert for CHKG0009…” and I’m left wondering which chkg 9 that is. To find out I have to log in to multiple accounts until I find it. This notification should include the alias or nickname for the subject account. That way I’d know immediately.

At times it doesn't work and u have to keep trying don't why this happens
App crashing not responding
Ever since I updated to iOS 26 and then iOS 26.0.1 your app never works it crashes erase it reinstall it will work for a day or two and then crash and then won’t accept my username and password but the website works just fine just not the app. Please update your app so I don’t have to close my account.

Not good
All of the sudden it won’t open and also my Zelle keeps crashing. The app is crashing completely now. I am upset I can’t check my balance.
Great app, lots of downtime
The app itself is laid out pretty well and most necessary functions are easy to figure out, but I have had so many times recently where I’ve tried to log in and either it doesn’t get past the login screen or the accounts won’t load. It’s quite frustrating. Other than that, quite easy to use and lots of great features like depositing checks by camera and checking your credit.

Won’t let me check my account. It won’t let me do anything. What is going on!? I have had nothing but issues with this branch.
