Insufficient testing
The app does upload a photo, however the orientation of the photo is not maintained - all photos taken with the camera are treated as landscape, as are all existing photos on the phone, and some are even rotated a further 180 degrees! Once uploaded to Vision the photos can be manually rotated but changes are not saved. What could have been a time-saving function is now just frustrating.
