Bad Services, staff not approachable

May 1, I message the staff from pinas cargo abudhabi and told him that my package is ready and he said he will be collecting my box in the next day so I took my day off and woke up early so I can prioritize my box, but no one came. Until 7pm I politely message kuya and he said “hintay lang po ng tawag” so I expected I will receive a call within the day even if it’s late. But no one came. Next day I message him and told him that I’m a little dissapointed because he did not made his promise and nobody is calling me to remind me that no one is avail to fix my pickup timing. He even just seen mode my message. So I complained to another number because I’m frustrated since it’s my firstime to use your service but I experience this very bad services. I know they are busy! But they still have responsibilities to customer l. Us expats have work to and we are taking care of our boxes to our family that’s why we gave time.
May 4, after I complained they finally prioritize my boxes so I forget all these horrible experience. After few weeks I tried to monitor my box. As per instruction u got 50-70 days to deliver my box within that period. And when I tracked my shipment. They calculated it for 90 days or more! This is really frustrating. My family is worried about my box. I trusted my box to ur company but I never expected this would happened to me. I don’t know how u will fix this but I’m already traumatized with your company I don’t think I will recommend this kind of situation that u never solved. Thanks!

This app is very reliable as it helps you keep track of your shipment. Pinas Cargo is also the first cargo company that I trusted to bring goodies for my loved ones in the Philippines and I must say that they delivered accordingly. So far, 2 air cargo boxes sent and it arrived safely (metro manila area) between 8-13days. Thanks Pinas Cargo and keep it up!
