Have attempted 2 different times to cancel free trial and delete membership and it just says “processing request”. Now I see they charged my account 39.99.
Pay so you can pay.
Ok 6.99 a month. Sure purchase… wait I need to buy coins? 300 to make a video? Either monthly or token. Don’t double dip… greedy.

Literal garbage. Free trial, everything takes long enough to smoke 3 full length cigarettes to even begin considering generating. One giant ploy to collect your money on a free trial and people forget. Garbage. Trash. Worthless.

The fact it’s 5 bucks per video is insane. I thought it was 5 for the template and you can make as many as you want with it. Nope.

Free 3 day trial auto signs you up for the yearly charge and when you get in after paying the first fee you find out you have to buy coins to make videos so you not only pay for a subscription fee but you also have to pay for every video definitely not worth it

Rendering crashes
I have had several instances when I made purchases and the videos do not fully render. There is no easy feature to seek reimbursement from Piñata Farms.

I spent $3 to buy tokens to try and make a funny meme and after 5 minutes, it made a completely different video and the prompt I typed up was gone. Didn’t refund my tokens and the $3 is gone. WASTE. Stupid app
Stuck in first attempt
Sorry, but an app that gets stuck on first attempt, by choosing a photo from my library according to tutorial, has a propblem, I think. There is no second chance for a first impression.
