Thank you for reporting this, and sorry - the problem is real and it is not something you are doing wrong. Several players have told us the game locks up when restarting or returning to the menu after a game ends, and we are investigating it. Until it is fixed, closing and reopening the app is the only workaround we can offer, which we know is not good enough. The one thing that would genuinely help is your iPhone model and iOS version, plus whether it happens on a particular table: reproducing it reliably is the piece we are still missing. Please send that to support@appholdings.org, which reaches us directly.

Two separate problems here, and neither should cost you anything. Your tables are not gone: table purchases are permanent and tied to your Apple ID. Open the table purchase screen and tap Restore, and the games you already paid for come back at no charge - you should never be asked to buy the same table twice in the same app. One thing that catches people out: Pinball HD Collection and Pinball HD Collection for iPhone are two separate apps with separate purchases, so tables bought in one will not restore in the other. On the freezing, you are not imagining it - other players have reported the game locking up when a game ends and we are working on it. O travamento no fim da partida, que obriga a fechar e reabrir o jogo, é um bug real do nosso lado - não é problema da sua instalação, por isso reinstalar não ajuda. Conseguimos reproduzi-lo aqui pela primeira vez e estamos trabalhando nele, mas não vamos prometer uma data que não podemos cumprir. Por favor, não apague e reinstale o app para contornar isso. Se alguma mesa que você comprou aparecer bloqueada, abra a tela de compra de mesas dentro do jogo e toque em Restore, no topo - as compras ficam ligadas ao seu Apple ID e voltam sem custo. Fale conosco em support@appholdings.org; o endereço de suporte mostrado na página da loja está desatualizado e não chega até nós.

ご報告ありがとうございます。また、お返事が大幅に遅くなり申し訳ございません。「The operation couldn't be completed. (Cocoa error -1.)」は、テーブルのダウンロードが途中で中断され、不完全なファイルが残ったことが原因でした。この問題はアップデートで修正済みです（ダウンロードを検証し、失敗した場合は再試行できるようになりました）。App Store で最新版に更新してから、購入画面で「Restore（購入の復元）」をタップしてください。購入済みのテーブルは Apple ID に紐づく永続的な購入ですので、追加料金はかかりません。それでも解決しない場合は support@appholdings.org までご連絡ください。
