Das ist wirklich die beste App eines Restaurants, die ich je gesehen habe. Man merkt die hohe Qualität der Bilder, eine leichte und intuitive Menüführung und interessante Funktionen. Besonders interessant finde ich die Filterfunktion für Allergiker.
Glitchy
Given the app is an essential part of a restaurant that makes you order yourself, then collect your own food, you’d think it would be robust and easy to use. Instead it’s a glitchy nightmare that makes eating at this place a stressful hellhole.
Garbage place for garbage people
Rude staff. Have to use app to order then you have to pick up the food yourself! Overpriced food ranging from garbage to mediocre at best. When you pay (in the app!), they have the audacity to ask for a tip. What am I tipping for?! Joke concept that needs to go bankrupt.

app doesnt work - mobile only sign in broken
The app has been unusable for at least the last week, probably more. Doing anything requires you to create account / sign in via SMS but no messages are being sent.

Don’t make me download an app just to eat at your restaurant.
You can only use this App
First I absolutely hate restaurants where you can only use an app, everyone sitting around looking at a phone trying to see what the options are. Staff were friendly and service was good; but it’s not a very good App and I had issues installing it, takes the fun out of the experience
No Pinchos to be found
For a restaurant chain to call itself Pinchos and NOT serving any Pinchos is an affront to Basque culture and cuisine. Shame on you! On your webpage you claim to serve tapas from all over world (no claim about Pinchos), including Paella. While Paella originates from eastern Spain, it is not considered tapas, but it doesn’t matter, because it is not on the menu anyway.

Ridiculous wait
We waited a ridiculous 40 minutes for food, gave up and left. Some people had been waiting an hour. We still had to pay for drinks which would not happen in America! Went to another restaurant, ordered food and were half way through eating the food there when we finally got a notification to say our food at Pincho Nation was ready! What a joke

It’s really good!
The app I think is very fun to navigate and the restaurant I went to cooked amazing food, I really don’t know why the app has so many one-star ratings.
Great restaurant
Restaurant was a lot of fun, app worked fine for the most part. Took 2 days to get our SMS code, but luckily the Host had a workaround for that and it was a great evening
Needs your mobile number to work
Does not work unless you register with your mobile number for sending and receiving texts. Requires you to create this profile to order food...So if you are a tourist it may not work. Not very well planned... I guess you don’t want any tourists to your restaurants??

Nice, but no language options
I like the idea and the app is well done. But some of the app is in English and some in Swedish. As an English speaker, it would be nice to see the menu options in English as well.
