I have been with Pinellas Federal Credit Union since I moved to Florida in 2021. I am 100% to say that this is a great. Each and every time I went into a branch I was helped and away that was professional and courteous. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with my choice in choosing Pinellas Federal Credit Union.

Update Issues
I’ve been having the same issue on and off for a while now. I won’t to current balance, it gets stuck on the last viewed balance and there’s issues with the website too, which forces you to have to call. It’s very inconvenient

I absolutely love mobile checking. It is convenient for people on the go. Thank God for the little things that make a difference in our life.

I appreciate the improvements on the app. If it’s possible to lock or unlock any access to any of the account’s whenever needed would make a great feature.

It would be far more efficient and there would be far less overdrafts if, after a bill is scheduled to pay, the amount would be reflected in the account balance immediately, instead of waiting for the bank to actually release the funds.

I’m not happy about having to create a new logon that requires my account information - when I use the app to gain access to my account information. It’s a bank holiday weekend / 1-am and I need access to my account information NOW. Very poor rollout.
I liked the old app better
There are too many steps to get to your the account you want to check. (3 selections just to get to checking transactions). Also it names a generic “recurring withdrawal” instead of naming which company just withdrew the money, you have to go into the transaction and find it in the harder to read, tiny, light grey font.

Nice Upgrade
Much better than the previous version, however I would’ve give 5 stars if Zelle was a feature. Hopefully that’ll be something included in the next update…hint hint!

New Mobile Apo
This is not safe. To log in you only a pin number. Not cool. Also no running balance on transactions in savings accounts. Not cool. The format is hard to read. No instructions were given to log in for 1st time. Had to call the bank just to get into the new app. I loved the previous one much better than this one

Horrendous
The new app won’t recognizes my credentials and it won’t let me reset it …. And no answer from customer service 😤
