It always shows network failed while logging in

It always shows network failed while logging in, whenever I need to check the app it never opens always shows network failed then I’m logging in on Google , but still it’s very inconvenient.

Need to Improve UI for all the supporting devices

Worst app tbh

Can’t even login.
OTP is coming after hours and even if you wait for hours, after entering the OTP, it won’t login.

Worst App

This app do not work while redeeming vouchers or if we try to send voucher someone.. also no use if we raise ticket to support team. I won’t recommend anyone to use this app.

Finding redeemable merchants are hard..

Why one should buy this prepaid card?? They give what we pay, but reduced liquidity options to our money and fascinatingly with expiry date. Many websites wont accepts this prepaid card option.

Worst app

Tried to do a transaction. It gives an error in the payment interface and deducts the amount as well. Tried to reach out the Helpdesk they dont even bother to respond. Please refrain from this app.

Fraudulent app - doesn’t send gift cards but deducts money

It’s most pathetic app ever which cannot send a simple otp to it’s customer and it deducts customers money and sends no gift cards, seems like a fraudulent app
