Pause, feel and connect

I just downloaded the Ping Circle app, and so far, I’m really enjoying it! I love having a space where I can express how I’m feeling, whether it’s something good, something difficult, or simply something that’s on my mind. I also love the reminder feature because it’s so easy to get caught up in the day and forget to pause and check in with ourselves.

It’s crazy how we can go through an entire day without really taking the time to release what we’re feeling. This app creates a space to do exactly that to pause, reflect, and let it out. And I especially love that you can have your own “village” be a part of the experience. Sometimes having people who can check in, support you, and simply be there makes all the difference.

I’m still new to the app, but I’m already enjoying what it offers and looking forward to exploring it more!
