App won’t load, like, at all.
Doesn’t Load
The app doesn’t load and upon looking online for resolutions the old switch your device on and off, followed by delete the app and reinstall it. Neither of these work and the app has not loaded up after hours. Very poor and no support available.
Terrible service, do not recommend at all
The service is designed to trick money from students. I ordered a storage service at PingLocker, which is twice as much expensive as other companies like LoveSpace. But then you also have to order a storage re-delivery service separately. The thing is, they don't tell you the price of a re-delivery service to another city when ordering the storage service. So when I saw that a re-delivery from London to Oxford costs an amazingly high £523, it was too late for me to switch to other service providers as I have already put my items at PingLocker. Even the storage service itself is terrible. They sent me smaller sized packing materials than specified on their website, resulting in me throwing away a lot of my stuff because I can't fit them into the packing boxes. PingLocker is indeed the most terrible company providing this kind of service, and I'll tell so to everyone who intends to use it.
