About

Map your network, watch key hosts, and investigate connection problems with Pingmoss. Read clear charts or dig into detailed diagnostic output—all in one toolkit for your own network. DRAW YOUR NETWORK Add devices, draw connections, and organize your topology. Import discovered LAN devices and link nodes to monitored hosts to see their test status. Pan, zoom, undo, redo, and export your drawing as an image or PDF. You define the connections; the drawing does not automatically detect physical wiring. Status comes from tests sent by your current device to each host. WATCH KEY HOSTS Use Ping, TCP, HTTPS, or DNS checks to follow latency, packet loss, and test status. Organize hosts in dashboards and pin a host to Home. Monitoring runs while the app is active and the relevant view is visible; it is not an always-on cloud monitoring service. INVESTIGATE CONNECTIONS One-tap diagnosis checks stages such as your router, DNS, and a website, with readable explanations. Go deeper with: • Ping: latency, packet loss, jitter, and charts • Traceroute: follow the network path hop by hop • DNS: query multiple record types with your choice of resolver • Whois / RDAP: look up domain and IP registration details • HTTP checks: inspect request timings, certificates, and headers • LAN discovery, port checks, and subnet calculations REVIEW AND SHARE My Network shows available network information; displaying the Wi-Fi name requires system permission. Switch diagnostic results between graphical views and CLI-style diagnostic output, save them in History, and choose to hide IP addresses when sharing. IP locations come from built-in offline databases and are approximate, not precise locations. CORE FEATURES AND PRO IN-APP PURCHASE Core features include core diagnostic tools, your first topology drawing, up to 3 monitored hosts, 1 Home pin, and 1 dashboard. Ordinary drawing nodes do not use monitor slots; nodes linked to monitoring share the same host allowance. Additional topology drawings require Pro (in-app purchase). Pro supports up to 30 monitored hosts, 4 Home pins, and 8 dashboards. The following features also require Pro: • Continuous Ping, MTR, resolver comparison, and route maps • Custom port ranges and diagnostic report exports • Medium widgets and the Gold Moss look • Optional private iCloud sync PRIVACY AND SYNC Tests run directly from your device and contact their targets and necessary lookup services. Public IP checks use third-party services. History is stored locally by default. If you enable Pro's iCloud sync, your Monitor hosts and dashboards, topology drawings, the last 90 days of history, and settings sync to your private iCloud database. The hosts and results you test are not sent to the developer. PURCHASES Pro is available as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Lifetime is not a subscription and does not renew.
