Robbery
The minutes count as soon as you dial not when the call is actually made. They took my money even when I was never able to talk. The app doesn’t allow you to even see your calling history only shows how much money is left in your account. Like I said it’s a robbery. I would rate negative if it was possible.

Crashes on trying to access contacts.
The app crashes after I log in and it gives the option to access contacts. It crashes whether I permit the contacts access or not. It is a pity this does not work at all.

I am experiencing problems with momentary loss of audio. It is intermittent but occurs about 20 percent of the time. And when occurring the audio drops out every few seconds. To the point that it can be difficult to understand what is being said. If it continues I will need to find a different option for my international telephone service. Thanks you. As soon as you login, the app crashes. Pretty useless.
The PINGO APP is not working.
Is the most frustrating think I dowloded the app and is not working. You can NOT SIGN IN. Is asking you to try later.

Great Call Connection
I love using Pingo to call my family overseas in the West Indies... This service was introduced to me by my Pastor. I gave it a try, it was definitely worth using this service to call international so that my phone bill will not be charged a high roaming rate charges without a international credit rate purchase... I have no problem with this service... I would highly recommend using this service to any that have family, friends and love overseas that they call on a regular basis out of the country.

App doesn’t work
The app has never worked for me. No matter what iOS I’m on and no matter what version of the app I’m on. So disappointing.

Its so easy to use through the app. You simply key in the number you want to call. No need to remember a password! Yay!

Global Friends!
This lets me keep in touch with friends all over the world at very reasonable prices. That’s wonderful in normal times but it’s unbelievable during a pandemic. And right now, I am post surgical, so friends really want to talk to me. And it is simply wonderful to be able to have long chats now with people wherever they are.

This App doesn’t deserve to be here. I’ve had Pingo for years and never tried the App. I just tried and as soon as so out in my login info it shut down and will never come up. Only crashing and I’m not even sure if it not a hack or scam
Recharge nightmare!!
I always have a problem recharging my account with the app and I end up having to do it online. It says the account has been successfully recharged when I go through the process but the balance doesn’t change and I am unable to make calls. I get emails that say the account has been successfully recharged for $0.00 when I charged for at least $10.

DOES NOT WORK
Have already contacted Pingo multiple times about the error codes I get after registering with regular account login, and Pingo does not follow up. I know I'm not the only one based on other reviews. Fix bug please.
