Pinion - Student Recruitment

Meet Nio, your recruiting guide • Tap "Ask Nio" on the home screen to chat about your profile, schools and next steps. • Nio can take you straight to the right place in the app, and your conversation stays with you as you browse schools. Find schools faster • Browse sports programs as photo tiles, and filter them by Men's, Women's, Mixed or Open. • "Explore schools by fit" has a fresh card design. • Event and scholarship pages open with a full-width photo and the title right on it. • Prep school and college results are evenly spaced, with cleaner school cards. Transcripts • Add your transcripts as a PDF or a photo during sign-up or anytime from your profile. • Open or remove them whenever you like. Only you can see them. Light and dark themes • Choose Light, Dark or match your device in Settings > Appearance. A clearer profile • Your profile strength and Nio's tips now sit in one tidy row that opens the full checklist. • Your videos show as Highlights, and View Resume is always there. Bookmarks • "Saved" is now "Bookmarks". • Remove items right from your Bookmarks list, and undo if you change your mind. Instant confirmations • A short message now confirms when something is saved, added or removed, with Undo or View where it helps. Parent / Guardian • Resend the approval request to your parent or guardian. • Fix their email address before they approve. Smoother everywhere • The app opens straight from the splash screen to where you left off. • Pages show a preview while they load instead of a spinner. • The home carousel stays on each slide a little longer, shows a countdown to the next one, and its pause button is easier to tap. • Better support for VoiceOver, TalkBack, larger text and Reduce Motion. Fixes • You stay signed in when the connection drops during launch. • School filters now include every school type and division you select, and sport filters work in every language. • Directories no longer get stuck loading and keep your results if a page fails. • Sports are no longer added twice. • Career dates save correctly in every language. • Your date of birth shows the right day. • Choosing a photo from your library no longer needs camera access. • Error messages are clearer and translated. • Missing sport images now show a fallback picture.
