I don’t know why but the app won’t open no matter what I do. So I have to give it a 1 star. If it worked for me I’d give a higher rating.
Loading
I’ve download and uninstalled this app several times and it does not go passed the loading page which is a bummer cause I was looking forward to using the app instead of their website for ease of access.

This app got removed from the app store some time last year, and even though it’s back, it might as well not be on here because we can’t sign in, browse, and buy anything.

Idk what is going on but I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 5 times and it will still not open wanted to place an order but can’t if it won’t open

I downloaded the app and went into the app and nothing’s happening. There’s no sign in/up option.
More Cons than Pros for me
I’ve placed three orders with this company. I didn’t have any issues with the first one. The second one was split into two shipments. I never received notification of this and had to contact them to see where my item was. My third order was the worst. I emailed a few days after ordering to get an idea of processing time. I received an response of 5-7 business days for in stock items. Okay, no problem. A week went by after that with no update. I emailed again and got the same response. I asked if the items were in stock just to get an idea of how long the wait would be. A few hours later I had an email saying my order has shipped followed by an email saying they shipped the order. Getting the same auto response twice came off as though they didn’t really seem to care enough to look into my order and only sent it when I started to question more. I will say they do have a lot of wonderful items and I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from them but their customer service seems to be lacking.

Too many notifications
I love the app. I want notifications for new product launches, but not at the expense of having 4-5 notifications EVERY single day. There really needs to be notification settings added.

Ridiculous long wait for products to even ship!
I placed an order on January 5th. It’s is now almost April and my order still has not even shipped. I understand that one of my items was a pre order, but it was expected to arrive in January. This is ridiculous as everytime I attempt to contact the company they give me the same automated answer. It doesn’t help that they do not have a phone number, so it’s difficult to resolve issues that come up in your order.

Have been receiving my backpacks bent
My mom placed her first order with Pink A La Mode and she ordered me a backpack for my birthday and mine came in bent from the top. I placed an order as well and I received my maleficent backpack bent from the sides. I really love the backpacks they are beautiful and the prices are amazing. But, I don’t like that I am receiving my backpacks bent. The boxes are in great condition, I hope this issue can be resolved because I enjoy shopping with you all.

Pop-up notification overload
I got this app for ease of shopping on their page. I get 14 to 17 pop-up notifications every single day. And you can’t turn them off without turning off all notifications. Deleted the app immediately I’ll just shop online or better yet another store

Speedy delivery, great products
I ordered two Loungefly purses from the website. I thought it may come in a week or two. The bags came very securely, nicely packed in just three days. May help that I live in AZ so only a state away from their store. But color me impressed. So happy with my purchases!
Amazing
PinkALaMode has awesome items at reasonable prices, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. Glad they no longer use FedEx for shipping because my delivery person throws the boxes vs gently placing them on my porch. I don’t have to worry about the quality of the items when they are licensed and authentic. Love the variety of not just clothing but collectibles as well.
My husband doesn’t complain about how many boxes I get because he has a Star Wars Funkopop addiction and is currently at 120. We have started collecting figpins.
