Pathetic service
I went to the outlet in elan epic mall and tried ordering from swiggy app and here is my experience. Pasta was served with dirty fork and no plates to eat. 2 people had to eat from the same bowl. Staff was ignorant and extremely slow in preparing and serving the order even when we were the only people in their restaurant.
They have a sign put up about hygiene but they didn’t even clean the tables after people left and gave dirty fork.
I placed order from swiggy assuming that the service will be better but both the times there were more than 30 mins delay in order preparation and delivery and they missed part of the order in both deliveries. I had to reach out to swiggy for my delivery and order issues.
