The app is actually very good and I actually enjoy it. However cannot overlook or forgive the incessant harassment to rate the app. So here we are.

Exhausting App
Barrage of mostly mandatory questions before even being able to use app. Then, you have to pay $59.99 a year to use after 3 day trial? And mandatory response popup each time saying either you’ll give feedback, or that you’ll do it next time. Well, here’s your feedback: 1 star, and app experience so far barely deserves even that.

Constantly pauses
I paid for the premium version of this but it constantly pauses. I wake up when it turns off and last night It was 5 times. Even though I’ve paid for it I can’t imagine I’ll continue to use it.

SOOOO GOOD READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING
So I’m a 9 year old girl my name is Jillian I experienced waking up a bunch at the middle of night not able to fall asleep and maybe rarely sleep paralysis I couldn’t find anything to help soothe my mind or relax but I stumbled upon this app it helped me smoothly relax and the thing I’m shocked about is how when o first used this i fell asleep in like 46 seconds and I could never fell asleep when my dad snored but this helped with that this app is real life magic.🪄

Blended sound feature is great
I like the app. I replaced MyNoise with it because it started to become unreliable. I like the ability to blend multiple sounds and save a preset. Minus one star for nagging me for a review every single time I click on my preset to start playing the noise. Rather annoying considering I’m an annual subscriber.

VERY GOOD would recommend
Very good if you have trouble falling asleep or like reading it blocks out almost all noise and is very soothing and quite. There are many sounds to pick from and over all is one of the best apps for drowning out background noise. :)

Avoid! No Customer Service Response.
This app is $24.99. When downloaded it stated a trial period. I cancelled at 7 days but was charged for 1yr. There’s been zero response from the developer to my inquiries.
Even worse - The app did not work for me. I tried numerous combinations. My rest was worse (lots of dreaming) with Pink or Brown noise.

I purchased this app in large part because it assured me I would be notified before free trial ended (3 short days!) I was not, or missed it and then was charged, now have to dispute with cc company.mi hate these practices so much
Won’t let you cancel
Auto billed me for the whole year when I couldn’t find the area to cancel on the day before my due date to pay. No support no place to contact them to get help
Time wasted
You answer a ton of questions then get “try 3 days for free“ and you know what that means.
