I want to love this service.
For the most part this service is a great idea. However, the response time they promise for help via instant chat feature is not accurate. Also, they are very slow in updated the products once the new look books have launched. If these 2 items were fixed I would give them a 5 star rating but unfortunately in this day and age service and response time are key. They are quick to take your monthly payment...but slow to respond to your requests for help.

Great Help!!
This has helped my business say organized. I can create invoices on the go and then email them to the customer, mo papers to keep up with. This app also Porta in your order from MK, so my inventory stays up to date. With this app it has encouraged me to keep moving in my business without the hassle of paperwork for a small cost!!

Tells me that my password is invalid and couldn’t login.
Useless
It might be easier and quicker to get a payment if your at an event if you use your phone, not a computer or tablet. Also, I didn't see it's a 14 day trial, then you have to pay for that too on top of the $60/year for the website and $40/year for propay, then $95/year for this app!? Ugh, to much.
A little confusing
I find it hard to add product to my inventory with this app. Also, the Help section never loads completely, so I am unable to get help. On the other hand, it's easy to create invoices and track spending.
Keeps crashing!
I just downloaded the app. Everything was going great until I started adding my customers contacts. It crashes every time I try to add one from the contacts listed in my phone. I don't want to list all the information manually (which appears to work)! PLEASE FIX! I will review the rating in a few days and provide an update if appropriate.

Great app but not fully functional
Totally awesome app but I don't have a desktop and that's why I need the app to be full functioning for all my clients not just the first few I added. Super disappointed that I fell in love with the app but have to do most of the work on a desktop. I was wanting this to help keep track of on the go working appointments and orders. Boooooo deleting the app until hopefully it is updated to not need the use of a desktop what's the point of it being an app.

Great idea, but...
I love this idea because it brings all the office work together. However, I don't have a home computer so to not be able to enter inventory or adjust things on the app makes this pretty useless for me which is sad because I want to use this!!
NOT FUNCTIONING!
I'm so disappointed . This app is not even useable. Every time you attempt to sign in , you will get a message stating that your password is invalid despite it being correct. This issue is due to recent update and has yet to be fixed. Please fix asap

This app not only was very poorly organized and didn't work, the company offers lousy customer service. My account was charged multiple times and customer service says they can't issue a refund. Stay away!!

Didn't know monthly subscription
Looks great to have everything in one app for storing ordering, client info and more for my Mary Kay business but there is a monthly subscription that I read in the terms and agreements. $10/ month. I think is too expensive when I can use other things for no cost at all. Hope you are willing to pay just to use app.

Too buggy
The app is too buggy. It keeps randomly signing out mid-use and it won't let me select payment type other than check. They are off to a descent start but it simply doesn't work like it should. Back to Excel.

This app would be incredibly useful, and helpful, if it didn't require a membership to a web based program. As it is, it is very cost prohibitive, and not at all helpful for the majority of consultants who are doing their best to get off the ground. Instead, this app will only benefit those who have a LOT of money to spend on overhead costs.

I really want to approve of this app
I really want this app to be the one that I use for my MaryKay business. The big problem is how the app keeps closing when I am trying to save data. This issue needs to get fixed. Please take out these bugs, I really want this app to work. When it does, I will rate 5. Also, it would be great if you added the other items that are on the customer profile: skin care needs, skin type, special care statements, foundation wishes and skin tone, wedding, occupation, facial things for the personalized look, age, complimentary facial list, and wish list.

Amazing business tool
This app is amazing! I can make invoices and charge customers all from this app. Plus it keeps track of your expense and sales on the main screen, so it really helps you keep track of the finances very easily. It is 9.95/month but it's totally worth it. I've been using it since May, no complaints.
