Rude Personal
We visited the Pinkberry located at the Stanford Shopping Center. The lady operating the cash register was very impatient and rude. She might have been the manager (she was wearing a white cap). She was not the employee helping us with the orders. The lady putting our order together was very nice to my young son. I was taking a few minutes to register for the Loyalty program and she gave the impression of being in a rush to have us pay for the order. We had only gotten half our order filled when she kept asking for us to enter our phone number to sign into the loyalty program. There were no other customers in the store at the time.
Hopefully she was dealing with something else at the time and this is not the standard experience to be expected at this location.

Does not allow login
If you don’t have the login, it does now allow reset through email. Just returns “password reset does not work for this program”.
But I can’t make an account using another email because it’s ALSO linked to the phone number. So it doesn’t allow password recovery, doesn’t allow for username recovery, and doesn’t allow a new account. All this for yogurt.

Pinkberry is heaven on earth
As someone who moved from somewhere loaded with pinkberries to somewhere with none, everytime I get the chance I go. Pinkberry has saved me and I tell all of my friends and family how it is the best place ever. I love it so much to the point where words can't describe. Pinkberry, if you are seeing this I love you. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕(I ask for it everyday and if you guys ever ever shut down which won't happen my life will be over as you know it)

Can't order through the app, what's the purpose...just to track someone's phone usuage?

There’s no complaints from me about this app easy to navigate and understand! My sweet treats are always freshly prepared when I arrive and delicious when I get home and start eating 🍨

The servers keep telling me they’re not connecting and I am now prevented from trying again because they say I reached the maximum requests.
