Terrible customer support

Truly miserable customer service from a business where customer service is everything. Many of my deliveries from Pinkbot have been problematic and they’ve proven to have a track record record of passing blame to the customer, misleading/lying to the customer, and failing to live up to what customer support reps and the app promise time and time again. I’m still waiting to hear back from a customer support supervisor, Mauricio Jimenez, regarding this abysmal track record and I suspect I’ll be waiting for quite a while longer.
