About
Pinline is the easiest way to settle anything between two friends with a bow.
Hold to draw. Zoom into your compound-bow sight. Line up the right pin for the
distance, read the flag for the wind, and breathe — the longer you hold, the
more your finger sways. Lift to loose.
It's archery the way it actually feels.
A MATCH IS QUICK.
Three formats, the longest is twelve minutes. You and your opponent alternate
arrows, each on their own range, each fighting the same wind. First to thirty
points wins. Tie and we go to sudden death.
THREE WAYS TO PLAY.
• Pass-and-play on one device — perfect for kitchen-table tournaments.
• Online through Game Center — Apple matchmakes you in seconds. No accounts,
no servers, no sketchy logins.
• Inside iMessage — start a match from any thread, your opponent takes their
turn right in the bubble. The match keeps living in your messages until
someone wins.
REAL ARCHERY MECHANICS.
• Four pins zeroed at 20, 30, 40, and 50 yards. Pick the right one or watch
your arrow drop.
• Arrow drift from crosswind, head-wind drag, and gravity calculated
per-shot.
• Sway grows the longer you hold at full draw. Overdraw and your shot is
blown.
FOUR LOCATIONS.
Alpine meadow, desert canyon, forest clearing, coastal bluff. Each scene
shifts the light, the wind feel, and the terrain underfoot.
OLYMPIC AND 3D TARGETS.
Hit the gold ring on the classic 10-ring boss, or stick the kill-zone on
stylised foam whitetail, elk, and boar — same scoring conventions as IBO
3D archery.
PROCEDURAL EVERYTHING.
The music doesn't loop the same way twice. The wind never blows the same
direction twice in a row. Every match is its own.
NO ADS. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS. NO IAP.
One purchase, every feature, forever.

What's New in Pinline
1.2.0
June 12, 2026
• Solo Mode: Play against the computer with the same three formats and deterministic station rotation as a match. • Personal Best: Track your personal bests for each format. • Cumulative Stats: Track your total scores across all rounds. Content is now only shown when the user is of the appropriate age. • Non-verified users see no trace of animal modes on any surface. • The one-time Declared Age Range check moved to a Settings → "Age Verification" row (visible only while verification is possible on iOS 26.2+; it disappears once verified, and 3D Animals then simply appears in the pickers). Stability and bug fixes.
