Can’t cancel web subscription
I signed up on the website after getting a discount code from the Greeking Out podcast. My daughter hasn’t really listened to it much in terms the past few days so I decided to cancel while we are still in the free trial window.
Here are the instructions for cancellation for website signups:
Login to the website. (Done)
Click on “manage subscription.” (Can’t do because it is not listed. Tried “Membership Status” instead. The only options monthly and annual subscriptions. There is no button or link to cancel.
I responded to the email I received after signing up and got an automated response that said they will respond in two to three days. (Which is after the trial is due to end) They apparently use Zendesk for user support. It’s outsourced to people who don’t care.
I don’t know another parents, but I don’t have enough time as it is. I don’t need to bring an app or company into my life that doesn’t respect my time. If I get billed I’ll submit a dispute with my bank. My advice to other parents is to save your time, whatever sanity you have left and your money. Many local libraries offer access to audiobooks free through the Libby app. Check with yours before getting tangled up in this Pinna trap.

I have a glitch
I keep trying to listen to the queen from the fire sneak peek that Adam gidwitz released, but it won’t load! All the other episodes are working fine but I really want to listen to that one

I love Pinna but the recent update I terrible, like you got rid of SUGER MONSTER Like HOWW and also WHATEVER AFTER just why and the one where the kids drop the wolf from the tree in the basked. We need those back or my childhood is Ruined PLEASE RESPOND AS SOOOOON AS YOU CAN! Sill love it

Hello, we have been paying for your services for about a year now, my kids love this app but recently it will no longer let me log in to access my account. What’s going on?

I must’ve signed up for a trial month for my daughter during the pandemic, but have not used the app since then.
I was unaware that I’ve been getting charged $7.99 monthly for over FIVE YEARS. I have not seen an invoice or subscription renewal notice until today. When I found the email in my inbox, I had no idea what pinna was; when I looked further, I realized they’d been quietly charging me.
Beware of poor communication and surreptitious billing.

Very basic player. Just bearable for ad free content.
For an adult playing content for kids, it very much needs a timer feature to end play when an episode is completed.
A bonus feature would be to choose what speaker to play through.!

Episode would not continue
We have been listening to Grimm, Grimmer, Grimmest on spotify while in our truck but then we got the pinna app for season five because we had to pay for a different subscription and pinna worked well for a while, but then on one episode, it paused randomly and whenever we unpaused the podcast, but then it would just pause again. It eventually fixed itself though.
Now we have been trying to listen to the belt, the necklace, and Barbra episode of Grimm, Grimmer, Grimmest on the pinna app and the same problem happens, except it has been a day already and we tried everything we could to fix it. Please fix this if you can so that this doesn’t happen again. Thank you.

There’s something for every mood on Pinna. My kids switch between interactive storytelling, trivia, and music seamlessly. I love that they can create their own playlist and enjoy screen free fun wherever we go!
Pinna is fun
Cool podcast app but is currently not letting me exit the app or turn my device off but it is working on my mom’s phone great for car trips probably something about my device being an IPod 👍🙂👍

We used to love this app now with is shutting off if the screen goes off makes it very difficult to use! Please fix!
