Notifications are not working. Sometimes they work but then they stop without warning
Desperate excuse for a banking app
So like are you ever gonna figure out to get new software engineers for this app or??? I came from navy federal and had to switch to this pathetic app of a bank due to convenience of it being close to my house. Honestly that hour drive don’t sound like an inconvenience anymore if it means I don’t have to deal with this pathetic excuse of a banking app. The branch itself is amazing. App is trash.

I am trying to set up transfers between my

I have been a member and used the app for over 7 years now. I have never had a bad experience with the bank but the app constantly force closed especially when I try to make an external transfer. This problem just started recently. I have restarted my phone as well as uninstalling the app and re downloading it to no avail.

Why would the app randomly delete all your info. No clue what my username is, as it somehow deleted the cache that saves that. Now im gonna have to call off of work just to drive to the bank for 2 seconds and get my username.
Plus ive had specific sketchy looking charges on my normal statements that i see on the app, that i would love to report via the app, or even *star* them if thats possible.

Excellent, quick and sufficient!
Technical difficulties
Every other week and especially on Fridays the app experiences technical difficulties and I’m locked out from viewing my account information.
Crashes
App won’t open with the latest IOS just crashes
CONSTANTLY logging me out and not letting me log back in
I have my password written down, it’s not incorrect. I’ve had this app for over 3 years and I constantly have to deal with it logging me out, and not letting me log back in to see my balance. I know for a fact my password is correct. Really wish this issue would stop.

Outdated App
This app is glitchy and slow to response when using. There is no Face ID or any way to sign in quickly when needing to check account balances or transfer money. It won’t let me log in from time to time, and it seems as if this app was left in the 20th century sometimes. This app has a long way to go before it can compete with other banking apps. I love the Pinnacle Bank family, I just cannot stand this app.

I just recently got an account with this bank and out of all the other banks I have ever used, this one by FAR is the most HORRIBLE. I hate this application so so much, nothing is straightforward, nothing is logical. Good luck to all of you guys that are opening up an account anytime soon.
