I contacted pinnacle many times and never got any support on how to get logged into this app

I Supposed to get a invite Link I asked many people who work under who supposedly even asked people at corporate level and never got any support on how I can use this app and connect with others . My guess it’s a broken app that they are keeping in the App Store with no support cuz it looks good on there resume and to investors . Doesn’t work there’s no support .
