App not working
We use this app routinely as a couple of our favorite places accept it. Today, we tried to open the app on two different devices as well as on the computer and we are only seeing the spinning wheel. We wonder if the app is no longer in existence?
Never works
Very few restaurants to choose from and seems to have issues often especially when you are at the location trying to open the app to collect points or redeem rewards.
Great idea; app needs refresh
Love the idea, but this app needs to be updated to make it usable. Simple things like saving or favoriting offers aren’t available. An alternative would be to allow for deleting offers under MyRewards that aren’t relevant. Additionally, adding more merchants would be great; it’s too limited right now. Great idea, poor app experience.

Can’t access the app!
Have been trying to access the app & it’ll open but it won’t load. Please update!!!
App freezes up
More than once, we have been in. Restaurant and attempted to use rewards. We could open app, but unable to get to rewards, search or anything else. Very frustrating!!
Solid deals, app needs work
I enjoy the deals and the businesses but the app seems a little outdated.
When scrolling the Pinpoint stores it’s too easy to click into a business you don’t want. When you go back it takes you back to the top of the list. This makes it frustrating when you are looking for a business towards the bottom of the alphabet.
The address of the business needs to be available. If I have to click onto the business to look for the address it takes me back to the tip of the list when I go back.

Update needed!
The last update for the app was 2 years ago!!!! It needs to be updated to support the current iPhone X/XR/XS & Max phones. It’s awful squished together. 2 years for an update looks like a neglected product.
Add to wallet!
Please update and add to wallet so I can use my Apple Watch! Also, adding ability to use full screen on iPhoneX would be ideal.
Can’t create an account
Downloaded and tried to set up an account. Error messages and can’t submit info. Deleted already. Sounds like a recurring issue for most of these reviews and no rush to fix it. 👎🏻 way to lose business

Not too great
Just spent 77$ at risky’s, the waiter turn us on to your app, I down loaded it, spent another 15 minutes trying to set up an account, the waiter did all he could to help,& no email, equals no credit, please remove my account!
Doesn’t work
I can’t create an account. It says that there is an error. Would love it if there was an update!!! This version says it’s a year old. Update it so I can use it please!!!

Mediocre app for a great service
I like the PinPoint Rewards service, but the app really needs improvements.
First, it’s been around for years and still doesn’t support Apple Wallet. This would be a huge convenience.
Second, there are many usability issues within the app. The screen always rotates to landscape when showing the PinPoint barcode, but frequently gets stuck. The only way to resolve is to force close the app. There are also places where swiping right to return to a previous screen causes the app to get stuck on a white screen. For example, in the My Rewards section, tap a merchant to show details, the swipe right to go back. When this happens, the gets stuck, back button at top left of app either disappears or doesn’t work, and again must force close to resolve.
Overall, better interaction between the Merchants and My Rewards section is needed. If I’m looking at the merchant list, I can’t easily see what rewards I have available or my progress toward Payback Rewards. Other opportunities for functionality improvements: let me “favorite” a merchant, add geofencing so the app surfaces nearby merchants when I’m near them, add customizable reminders/notifications for earned Rewards, and surface the double/triple rewards promotions onto a “what’s up” section that is date/time (and optionally location) aware.
Finally, the app really needs some fit and finish fixes. Merchant logos are stretched not scaled. Scrolling position is not maintained when moving back to a list of items. When scrolling a list, tapping to stop the scrolling frequently activated the item instead of stopping scrolling.

Great app. Lots of new cool features. Barcode display issue bug was fixed in updated version 3.0.8. Love saving money with PinPoint!
