The app appears to be a scam. When I first downloaded, it seemed to be working fine. Then after adding funds suddenly none of the packages are available.

PinPullz is a new service, and during our first week of operation we encountered a software issue that could prevent some customers from accessing available pin packages. We have identified and corrected the issue and are actively monitoring the system. Our records currently indicate that your funds were not lost. However, we are reviewing your account and transaction history to verify that completely. If you were charged for anything you did not receive, we will make it right. We apologize for the experience. This is certainly not how we want to introduce someone to PinPullz, and we appreciate you bringing the problem to our attention.
