Pinroam

Pinroam is a Dutch-language trip planner for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Plan accommodations, points of interest and personal notes on one map, organize stays by week or date, discover nearby places and record routes you actually travel. Share a trip using an invitation code or QR code and collaborate on the same plan. Photos and documents can be attached to spots. Your own trips sync through your private iCloud storage between your Apple devices. The first two active trips you own are free. Additional active-trip capacity is available through yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Trips shared with you do not count toward this capacity.
