Needs Work
Overall foundation of the service is great. It gives a good way to compete from home. However there is one guy that takes the large amount of money from other players. There needs to be a way to avoid this. Being around many +1 to +5 golfers, they don’t hit it as close as this guy does on average. I was told by staff that he was even banned before due to winning too much. This seems hard to believe since it’s a game of skill and I was told “he doesn’t cheat”. This service could really be great in the long run if the right steps are taken. I suspect others have stopped using the service due to this. With how many users of the supported launch monitors exist, there should be many more users of this service. Hoping this can be corrected.

One Guy will take all your money
Used the app for a year. Did a good job with having multiple flights and was competitive between the guys in that flight. They still have the flights but very few events that are flighted. Nowadays it’s just free for all and one guy wins everything. They don’t restrict him at all for using multiple computer systems on shots that you only get 1 or a few tries at. He will get multiple attempts and get it to 2 feet every time. I was willing to watch PinSeeker take a 20% cut of every pot until they took away most of the flighted events. Someone needs to look into whether this guy is cheating, as I know +3 or +4 handicaps that cant get the ball inside 5 feet on 3 tries every single time. Overall this isn’t much better than a scam.

I know I’m not the only one but the app lets you do everything but when you enter a tournament and go to swing it locks up on a heads up screen.

Scam
They refuse to pay me out on earnings that I’ve won it’s been over 1 year. They offer 0 solutions to the problem and all I get is “ sorry it’s a third party and we can’t help you “ I’d save your money and don’t expect to get paid out if you play.

In this case, the delay is due to repeated failed identity verification attempts, including submission of documents not belonging to the account holder, which violates our regulatory requirements. We have offered multiple opportunities to resolve the matter if provided valid documentation. Horrible. Just horrible.
I have been trying for a week now. Still haven’t been able to play a game. Either freezes on a screen called “heads up”, or originally it just had a black screen on the tournaments page. Also you can’t scroll down on the do down for flight, so if you want to filter for rookie flights you can’t. Using the latest iPhone pro, also uninstalled at least five times. Such a frustrating joke.

Improvement
It won’t stay connected long enough to get my swings. Extremely frustrating.
Thought it was a bad internet connection, but jumped over to TGC and had no problems, played a full round no problem.
I noticed if you have a steeper than average swing angle it won’t pick up. Skytrak app is just not cutting it for me anymore, it’s useless compared to TGC itself.

No integrity
The app and game itself is good. Beware of the top players dropping down to lower levels to clean up. The top guy will drop down to every level and the moderators seem to do nothing about it. Just play the free games, you’ve been warned

The app is great but it would be nice to be able to deposit a certain dollar amount vs buying into each individual cash event.
Best simulator feature
I have the flight scope mevo+ and this is by far my favorite feature. It’s great to enter tournaments by yourself and especially with a group of friends over.
App crashing
The app looks promising. Has some good feature. But noticing some bugs like crashing immediately after a game. Even can’t upload a profile picture. Will wait out for fixes and then change my rating.
Changing simulator golf forever!
PinSeeker’s ability to connect to the simulators seamlessly and offer cash tournaments is awesome. The team is also really responsive to any issues.
Cash tournaments
In Louisiana we can play daily fantasy sports but pinseekergame is restricted. PinSeeker seems awesome until u find out you live in a restricted area and never get your emails answered when contacting support.
