Help the app crashes
I have a feeling given the fact that the app is still doing this to me after months of waiting for an update, nobody that runs this app or whatever will help me but still gonna write this. I saved so many Tik toks, could open them easily but after a few months and the new feature on Tik tok allowed you to save it’s content directly in the app, I went to transfer my saves from this app, and half of them won’t open and when I scroll down for a while, the app crashes completely. Really wish I knew this because I’ll never find some really special Tik toks I saved. If anyone has a solution to this problem let me know. I don’t think deleting the app and re downloading it, will keep my saves either and I’d rather not risk it. Really disappointed with this app and still hoping for a better result then what I have right now. Praying for a miracle.

If I could give zero stars I would
Seriously I ended up saving so many videos to help with my business, and I am super frustrated because all of the videos won’t connect to TikTok. Anything I click on in Pin tok does not show up in TikTok. It’s like all the links are broken. The worst part is I can’t even retrieve the link itself with the way The structure of this app works, it hides the original links and retrieval is impossible . It’s totally not worth it! You’d be better off saving links in an Excel spreadsheet. You’ll just end up wasting your time. There’s no support for this app whatsoever ; even though they say there’s always something they’re updating.

I really don’t want to leave this review because I actually really like this app, but I cannot find Support anywhere to fix the bug issue. I’ve done everything I know to do, but every time I click ANY video that I have saved it takes me into TikTok but it will not open the video that I have saved. It only opens what is currently in my home feed. This has been an issue for me for several months now. Nothing opens. Period. I would love to be able to remove this review because like I said, I’ve really enjoyed the app until it’s been absolutely unusable. Please help me learn how to fix it and I will happily update this review

It freezes quite often
I have been using this app for about a year and at first it was amazing. Lately though, it freezes every time I open to look for a saved vid. Not only does it freeze but it freezes my entire phone for a couple of minutes. It’s to the point now where I can’t even use it, it won’t allow me to scroll through the files to find what I want, it freezes too quickly. I wish this bug could be fixed, it’s an incredibly helpful app when it works.

No point in downloading. Doesn’t work.
All of my saved videos are lost. Like many others in the reviews here, this app only sends me to my fyp or the most recent video playing. My phone is completely updated to the newest iOS, and it still doesn’t work. I stuck it out and kept the app for a few months to see if the developers would fix it, but that’s obviously not a priority for them. I’m finally deleting the app because it is completely useless and taking up space on my phone. Don’t download unless you want any videos you save to be lost forever!

Disappointing and frustrating
What started out as a 5 star app- the answer to my prayers to save and organize favorite videos- is now “0 stars” as when I try to open a saved video, it just goes to whatever video happens to be playing on my fyp. All saved videos seem to be lost. A google search showed others are having same experience and I haven’t found a solution. If there is one, I’d love to know as I’ve lost all my videos, many if which were important to me for various reasons.

Desperately needs an update
At first the app was good enough. I like that I could save videos with whatever title I wanted and keep them in separate folders. However, the app is unusable now. I’m not sire if it’s because I have a lot of videos saved or because there has been no update. But it crashes and freezes constantly. Nearly immediately when trying to go into one of your subcategories to find a video. I’ve had to give up on all the great videos I saved in this app and just use the save feature in Tiktok instead. Don’t waste your time on this app

New phone - collections gone
Hadn’t used it in the timeframe Apple has the offload features set for. Got a new phone, completed the more time consuming phone to phone migration to prevent app issues. Went to reload PinTok and it said no longer available in the App Store. As I was showing my son this weekend, I screamed with joy when it began to reload when I clicked on it. Only to scream in agony when there were NO collections 😩 All that time and effort - poof..gone..HELP please!!

Very convenient but missing a few things
Gets the job done for sorting tik toks into folders but would love the option to change the name of the folders and also being able to move the folders around. Because right now once you make the folder, there’s no changing it at all. Overall great app but hopefully these changes happen!
Wish to create an account
This is everything I’ve been looking for. Perfect!! Easy to use and can name folders. My one worry is that I’m gonna be switching my phone model soon.. Another reviewer also mentioned this- it’d be great if we can create an account on this app so that we have access to our folders and pins from any device.

great app but needs improvements
the best way to organize any tik tok videos you want to save but please make it a way to edit! it’s frustrating to have to delete and re-add any folder or video because of spelling mistakes. I would love to be able to edit the video title and folder name and also be able to organize the folders instead of having it be in the order you added the folder.

Syncing and Easier editing
I like the app but there are a couple things that would improve it…1)it would be awesome if it could sync across devices and 2) I have accidentally saved a video in the wrong collection and instead of being able to love the video from one folder to the next I have to go back to the original video and re-save it. Just seems like a lot of extra steps. If either of these are already a feature then please let me know how to do it lol. Otherwise great app!

Nice app!
I don’t review apps that often but this one is pretty good. It’s a simple to use app.
Had to play with it to figure it out. Yes, you can delete saved videos by holding down on the video. A pop up comes up asking if you want to delete it. Double tap a folder and you can delete it too. Triple tap and you can rename the folder. Only thing I haven’t figured out is how to move the folders to put them I alphabetical order. Which is why I only give it a 4 star review. Wish there was some instructions instead of having to figure it out myself.

Not Functional
The app is glitchy and laggy and lacks functionality and customization. I can’t edit the title of my boards or caption of my videos, I can’t manually sort the videos by dragging and dropping like Pinterest or sorting by date, title, or last edited, and the app takes you straight to Tiktok instead of allowing us to watch our videos from the apo itself. Please fix this! I’ve seen many similar issues other people are having just like me. Please listen to our feedback!

Good app but needs more work
I really want to give this app 5 stars but I’m not able to click on a saved video in PinTok and have it start playing and I can’t save directly from TikTok to Pintok. I’m running iOS 14.6 and have restarted my phone a couple times. Also a “warning” window that if you add another video to a full folder a current saved video in that folder will be deleted.

Much-needed!
I love this app and have no issues using it but I wish there was a way to transfer across devices! I was planning on getting a new phone soon but am putting it off because I use this app so much and don’t want to lose me tiktoks. Overall great though!
Needs some fixes
This app is a great way to organize all my tiktoks, but it has a couple bugs. If you have too many videos in a folder and try to scroll too fast, the app freezes and you have to close out of it. There is also no edit button in case you accidentally save something to the wrong folder. Hope we can fix these things in the future!

Would like to save across multiple devices
I love this app for saving/finding tik toks! However, I’m scared that if something happens to my phone I won’t be able to find any of my tik toks again since I’ve removed them from my bookmarks in the app. Can you please make a feature where we can make an account that saves our folders and pins to access from multiple devices or backs up in case something happens to our phones?

Excellent app
Been looking for a better way to organize my tik toks for so long! Love the app, the only thing I would change would be to add the option to edit your saved tik toks later. Because I realized I should have added titles to my recipe tik toks after I was 845 in 🥲

Save Icon Not Working Anymore
I got this and was working great, and loved it (and felt so much more sane and to have the reference at my quick call back!) but now the app link icon doesn’t show up anywhere on click through. It used to come up within TikTok, then I’d scroll to the icon, choose folder in PinTok and save. But now I don’t even have the icon, but the app is still on my iPad, previously saved vids all ther....Any ideas you may have would be awesome! Thank You!
