Pinwheel Attendance App

The Attendance App has been updated to give accounts more control over app access and make attendance entry easier for staff and volunteers. •Substitute Volunteer setting - Accounts can now choose whether to display the Substitute Volunteers field in the Attendance App using the Attendance App Settings in an event in Pinwheel. •Expanded access for account users - Pinwheel account users can now log in to the Attendance App and view all categories for events where app login access is enabled. No additional setup or category assignment is required. This makes it easier for staff to assist or volunteer as substitutes at different sites. •Simplified access for site contacts - Site contacts can now access the Attendance App when their site is linked to an event category, without also needing to be individually assigned to that category. Site contact access is managed through the Login Access button in Volunteer Scheduling, and site contacts must still request login access to the app. •Improved attendance entry - The Attendance entry form has been divided into separate screens, creating a simpler and more organized experience when recording attendance. •Additional app improvements - A number of formatting and usability enhancements have been made throughout the app, along with fixes for minor issues.
