I’m still waiting for a payout that redeemed today. I’ve done other surveys that immediately pay out, I got enough points from this app, but no payout. Emailed, no response. Would not recommend.

I have emailed support several times of the course of a few days ,in regards to deals that I completed that I wasn’t credited for and no one has still gotten back to me supposed to be paid via PayPal and have yet to get paid this app is a complete scam DO NOT DOWNLOAD I DONT RECOMMEND

Bad customer support
No one ever responds to your emails. I have asked about multiple offers I completed and no response. If they would just respond and let me know they are actually working on it that would be better than ignoring .
Legit app- but I’m locked out now
This is one of the better apps - it’s relatively easy to get to the $10 cashout point and they typically pay within a couple of hours of requesting. I did one that was offering $50 when I started (a food subscription box) but was dropped to $30, they paid me $30 but when I contacted support they promptly adjusted my earnings. I’ve cashed out over $100 and this app has been a literal life saver at times (it’s been a rough year).
The only problem is I got a new phone and I used the wrong credentials to try to log in and now I’m stuck on a loop that asks for new log in but won’t let me log in via any other method. I’m pretty bummed i lost them as a revenue stream but they are legit.

The app seems to be working well. As of right now I’ve been getting points from offers and I now have enough to cash out. Howeve every time I try it’s an error.

They accused me of fraud which I definitely didn’t do. I would not recommend them at all. So disappointing.

I loved the app at first. I was getting my points but then 3 weeks ago I did offers and I didn’t receive my points. They owe me 3000 points and I emailed them and they said that I didn’t do the offers. I sent them proof that I did the offers and they haven’t emailed me back yet.
Update: Weeks later & still missing points for 4 referrals & offers I completed haven’t credited.
So starting out this app was awesome! I quickly redeemed 1,000 points=$10 when I joined. I kept doing offers because some of them didn’t credit at 1st. After I’d cashed out the 1st $10 I’d earned, only then did the credits for a couple of pending offers come through. Beings those other points were just sitting there, I decided I’d go ahead & attempt to earn the remaining points so I could cash out a 2nd time. I completed more offers & received credit for a couple but a few I did not & was running out of offers that I could do w/o having to spend more than I could afford. I referred a friend because it states that you receive 100 points for inviting a friend that completes at least 1 offer. My friend completed their 1st offer & we waited...no credit for the referral. Waited some more...friend completes another offer just to be sure...still no credit. It’s been a week...still no credit for my referral. Of coarse I’ve contacted support but no response after emailing twice now. I’m seeing that not even 1 review has received any feedback from Pinyada either. Wondering if they even exist at this point. I’m sitting on 900 points & would just like to be able to receive the 100 points for my referral as promised so I can cash out to cover the expenses I’ve accrued from completing the paid for offers. At least give me that Pinyada! Please & thank you!
