Lowering standards
I have been ordering pizza from Piola for several years, but their standards are slipping. I have been disappointed in the last several orders. Tonight I waited 30 minutes past the promised pick up time only to open the box at home and find a crust burned black. Get your act together or lose me forever.

Can’t use rewards earned on app
Like the title says the app doesn’t make it easy to use the rewards earned through the app. Please fix this and it feels like I’m getting ripped off. What’s the point of earning point to redeem rewards that can’t easily be used. I have to call them to start a ticket to fight fr my so called reward. Total waste of time.

Bad business practices
Sauce uses deceptive business practices, which are deplorable.
When you enter your credit card, there is one price that is shown and then after you pay, there’s a second price, reflecting a charge for delivery.
That is a deceptive business practice after the delivery charge is assessed on the bill then 1 should be able to make a decision
Once I paid for it and the order was seven dollars more. I emailed the company and said cancel it that’s ridiculous.
After 15 minutes online with Sophia, she claimed she couldn’t contact the restaurant

Unbelievably terrible
Not so sure what is this sudden degradation of your quality and pizza technic but tonight we order 2 pizzas one of them customized as carbonara with fresh ingredients and the result was disgrace. Both pizzas was filed in salt you can even see the trace of salt on the box and top of the pizza something like someone throw a bowl on it, then the ingredients of the pizza was mixed up, the carbonara was without egg and although I specified chopped tomato they add the tomato on the other pizza.. amd not on the carbonara!! total mixup all salty one of them was burn and the other raw/not cooked properly.. i can not believe you guys served something like that and how it passed your quality control.. if any !! very disappointing and rather insulting.. as your delivery !! don’t get me started!! From the moment they text me that they pickup the pizza they delivered it 30 min later after several texts and phone calls.. fyi I’m across the street 0.5 mile from the restaurant … they pick up 9:24 and they deliver at 9:53 !!!
