Pioneer has made this so easy especially for those older people like me. Very easy to transfer funds.
Edited: New update is awful
The previous version of the app was pretty good. There were a few missing features but overall it did what was needed. This new update is horrendous. If it actually worked properly I think it would be incredibly useful. But it doesn’t. It slows my phone down sooo much and crashes randomly. For me the “cards” section doesn’t work anymore. I am unable to see any of my cards anymore. Every time I try to enter them it says “You are already able to use Pioneer Bank MN to manage this card”. So now of course I’ll have to call and try to get that sorted. I appreciate them trying to add more features but clearly this overhaul needed more testing before going live. Hopefully they get everything fixed promptly.
Edit: Changing my review to 1 star. Very disappointed with customer service. Anyways I was finally able to get an answer after calling my bank in town. The answer was to just uninstall the app and reinstall. That did fix my issue with the “Cards” tab. Awesome. But still no push notifications. I waited for an update to hopefully fix it but of course… nothing! I submitted a request for help online and I did in fact get an answer this time. It read, “Hello,
You will need to log into the Website and readd them there.”
What? Why is there even an option for push notifications? And why weren’t users notified that this feature is not available even though the option is there? App acting up
No longer let’s me open the app it just closes keeps closing it down every time I try to go on it. I’ve uninstalled it couple times already still doesn’t work.

Unable to process bill to pay - what’s the point of having a mobile App if you can’t do bill pay!

Both of which you can do by logging in on your phone. Why have an app that lacks half the functionality?

I work for a large regional bank in the east coast. Pioneer took over the account I’ve had at Farmers State Bank since I was in middle school. I’m impressed by the app’s offerings. The app offers what much larger banks do. There’s some minor bugs, but overall they’ve done well. Proud of my hometown bank!
