The app connects up to the Pioneer camera and then changes to a black screen . Tried everything . No support emails returned . Hopeless . Sending the dashcam back . Do not buy Pioneer dashcams.

It stuck on the term and condition page. No matter how many times I tried to reset the app and phone.
Good Functionality
Overall worker as intended. Easy to view recent clips and download for share. Using with the dual channel it was easy to flip between front and rear view.
Only minor takeaway was the potential clash with CarPlay Wireless - but even without disabling that I didn’t have any issues.

App can not open on iPhone 14
It stuck on terms and conditions screen, display please check your internet connection and try it again. No matter I use WiFi or cellular network. Refresh always fails.
